Great location, clean and comfortable.
Noisy as it is at a main intersection so you do hear traffic.
Clean and quiet!
TV signal wasn’t good- shower water pressure could have been stronger.

Location was nice. Right down town Laconia close to many attractions and stores.
Homeless people outback, looks like they live in a maintenance shed on the property. Walk through the parking lot often and stand near the doors. Third floor smelled like cigarettes and our room was dirty. Hair in the shower and the sheets were not clean.

They only cleaned the room the first night, there was no chlorine in the pool..

,pillows, and linens were very comfortable.
The room had an odd Oder and smelled similar to a wet dog.
The staff was so friendly and kind. The continental breakfast is just that a free continental breakfast. But there is free coffee and juices 24/7 and always clean. You always saw staff cleaning that area everytime you came downstairs. The elevators smelled clean and were even being mopped. The rooms were very clean even the corners someone really takes their time cleaning.
Not so much I didn't like, just not my prefernece the bed was very soft it was hard for me to be comfortable and sleep but again that is just my preference.
