Centrally located in beautiful town. Beautiful views from our room.
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located, but we were there on Pumpkin Festival day (Friday, leaving Saturday), so the closed-off streets confused us. We called the hotel, and the nice lady at the desk explained to us where to turn to get into the parking lot of the hotel. Got there and checked in pretty quickly. We stayed in room 601, and the view of the Fall foliage, the town, & the mountains were breathtakingly beautiful. Even the inflated pumpkin on one of the adjacent buildings was charming. Beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were plump, which was very nice. The bathroom was roomy and modern. We liked that the festival was within walking distance. Breakfast the following morning was also very nice.

Cons:

The TV reception was pretty bad. Mostly lines across the screen, but we could watch shows. Everything else about our stay was good.

No TV at all for 4 days, there were stink bugs and fruit flies all the time we were there. Worst was the tv.

We did not have breakfast because it was crowded and the coffee maker was very slow.
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom paint needs to be fixed.
There was a huge local pumpkin celebration and parking/driving were complicated.

Everything was great except for the TV
Pros:

Nice location clean with a nice staff

Cons:

They need to upgrade the TV. The reception is very poor. They’d be better off with a smart TV where you could at least watch something on free streaming.

Pros:

It was good from the outside

Cons:

Rude front desk, it’s like they have bunch of goons sitting and receiving guests. No respect towards customers. I would not recommend families to visit this hotel

Clean, quiet, and basic, which was exactly what we needed.
Pros:

Location was convenient to most things in the city. Breakfast provided in the morning was basic but good. The room was clean, with easily controlled temperatures, and a mini refrigerator. It suited what we needed.

Cons:

Would have appreciated a working TV. We don't generally watch a lot of TV regularly, but with the limited options of things to do in the evening (including no longer having a movie theater in a reasonable driving distance) it would have been a nice option.

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The TV did not work. At check in, the staff explained that a few of the channels were messed up. However, all.of the channels were not working clearly. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Staff was unavailable the next morning as they were outside smoking.
