快適でした
Pros:

東京から大阪までのロードバイク での旅行途中で毎年お世話になります。深夜の到着にも応じてくださり、ロードバイク も(綺麗に吹き上げています)お部屋に置かせてくださりありがたく思っています。スタッフさんが皆さん笑顔がいいです。朝食もGWで混んでいましたが、美味しくいただきました。

バスタオルを借りにフロントにいったが
今タオルが無いのでお待ちください、と言われ10分ぐらい待つ。だがフロントをみたらバスタオルが山のように補充されてる(補充スタッフは優秀)ただ、フロントマンが次々来るチェックイン客対応している為延々待たされる。3組ぐらいのチェックアウト客が終わるぐらいで我慢出来ず先ほどのフロントマンにお伺い。するとそっけない態度で渡される。これにはイラついた。おとなしく待ってても無限に待っただろうし、こちらから頼んでもイヤイヤ渡される。忙しいのはわかるが笑顔ですいません←で済む話。
