Room amenities need improvements
Pros:

Very good location for transports, food & shopping. Room amenities need some improvements. The bedsheet looks old and torn. Shower in the bathroom was not working.

Very disappointing - photos are way out of date.
Pros:

Hotel is in an excellent location next to KL Sentral train station but this was a really disappointing stay. You must give a 100 Ringitt cash deposit on arrival which sets the tone. The photos must be years and years out of date as the room was tired and a little depressing. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is on the noisy side, not much soundproofing and doors banging shut constantly. Towels had reached the end of their life and one had holes. Hairdryer was very good. The worst part of the stay was that the shower was not working properly but at 6am and due to go to the airport there was not much I could do about it.

Was given the last room (306) and is: - (1) Noisy as got electric motor or fan running contributing noise below and got this buzzing electric noise (a black box) above the cupboard side wall.
(2) There is no soap & tray for putting in the toilet. Lucikly brought my own.
(3) Above the bed got this window curtain which is a bit short towards the bottom and is a bit glaring when sleeping because light is protruding into the room.
(4) There is no breakfast provided. Asked the staff said is been already 4 years then. How come when booked stated given. Any explanation to it?
