Cute little room, good central location but not noisy
L’emplacement en plein centre avec parking gratuit, la propreté du lieu et le confort des lits. Personnel qui repond aux questions.

Central location, good facilities considering the rest of the town
Catemaco is a very poor town, there is a nice resort down the road but if you want to experience local culture this is a good choice.
Good location. Quiet, even though we were right close to the market. Room was a good size. Balcony for sitting was comfortable. Short walk to ADO.
The receptionist was super kind and helpful I forgot a small blanket and she told me
The guy on reception showed us a couple or rooms and we asked for the quietest. He then asked for a very inflated price and when I pointed out the price on booking.com he said to book through them and he would take that price for the room. I did as he asked and he then jerked us around saying he couldn’t give us the room he had promised at the price he had agreed and he wanted more money. We refused and insisted he honoured his promise. Totally dishonest.
Knowing we wanted a quiet room the same receptionist filled the rooms around us with the occupants of half a dozen trades vans that turned up later in the evening and at almost midnight when we were trying to sleep there are tvs blaring, a dog barking and loud chatting in the corridor outside our room.
The aircon smells of mould and the bathroom is tiny. You couldn’t shut the bathroom door and sit on the toilet without pressing your face against the door ! Wonderful view of the neighbour’s satellite dish through a metal grille.
Crappy hotel with crappy and spiteful non-service. Avoid!
