Aplend Apartmány Kamzík

We really enjoyed our stay in Aplend Kamzak apartments.

Check in was smooth and fast, and we received a comfortable apartment with separate bedroom as booked. It had a small kitchenette, so we also could prepare some or our own meals.
Cleaning is only once during your stay, but you can book extra cleaning for a fee.
The attached restaurant served a good breakfast and we also had a nice dinner there.
The village of Smokovec is small and everything is closeby, a small supermarket within 5 minutes walking and the ski slopes 10-15 minutes.
Also the train station is close, where you can take a train to Poprad, Tatransky Lomnica or Strbske Pleso.

All in all a great recommendation!

Ďakujem za vsetky sluzby. Nemam co vytknut. Urcite sa opat vratim, ako verny host Aplendu. Recepcia vzdy ochotna, usmev na tvari aj v restauracii. Hoci boli vianocne sviatky, personal cely cas usmiaty a privetivi. Hoci viem, ze by boli radi so svojimi rodinami doma. Este raz ďakujem a DO VIDENIA

an der Rezeption hatten uns 2 Servicekräfte an untersch. Tagen betreut, eine sehr sympatische und hilfbereite, die andere eher okay, ein sehr leckeres - abwechslungreiches Frühstück, schönes Zimmer, geräumig und modern, sauber, im Bettwäsche hatten wir ein Loch, der Mülleimer vielleicht zu klein, .... wenn man im Schrank Topf und Pfanne findet, sucht man nach einem Herd (wäre viel. in der Zukunft hilfreich für Gäste), mind. eine Mikrowelle da, leider ohne PVC Deckel, so dass die ganze Mikrowelle nach einem Gang von innen rot war:) ... ein sehr schöner Ort, zentral von Stary Smokovec, ruhig gelegen, troztdem nah vom Busbahnhof und Bahnhof sowie von der Bahn Hrebienok, ... das einzige, was wir nicht so toll fanden - der Restaurant direkt über unser Zimmer (abends ,,getanzt" und Stühle laut bewegt) und Gäste (Angestellte aus dem Restaurant) aus den anderen Zimmer, die sich laut im Treppenhaus bewegen ... es ware sehr schön da, aber ein kleiner Störfaktor ist immer irgendwo:)

Krasny a dobre vybaveny apartman vo Vysokych Tatrach. Chvalim pohodlnu postel a vyborne ranajky priamo v Kolibe Kamzik. S partnerom sme si pobyt uzili, urcite odporucam vsetkym. My sa tiez planujeme vratit. Dakujeme za prijemny zazitok.

The service was the best we have ever experienced. Great location, lovely breakfast, comfortable accommodation.
Will definitely return!

Large one bedroom apartment with small kitchenette - like new

櫃檯人員非常親切。有小陽台。床單、被套上都有毛髮。廁所阿摩尼亞的味道重。停車方便。樓上有餐廳吃飯方便。

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w hotelu. Pokój czysty, ładnie urzadzony. Obsługa miła, jedzenie pyszne. Blisko dodo elektrycznej kolejki, dzięki czemu auto można odstawić na cały pobyt. Z pewnością wrócimy do tego hotelu! :-)

Comfortable and clean appartments, very good restaurant. Parking is a bit complicated.

We stayed three nights and had a really nice apartment, comfortable and stylishly furnished. All the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The food in the restaurant was excellent and as guests we were given 20% discount which made it very good value. Very near the funicular to access good mountain walking and less than 10 minutes walk to the station to get to other resorts in the Tatras. Would highly recommend as a comfortable base in a small mountain resort.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Nicely furnished and with a wonderful mountain/ski lodge feel to it. The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and although she didn't speak English and our Slovak was minimal, we seemed to get by with some German and hand gestures etc... All done with a smile and good humour. Our studio apartment was lovely. Really comfortable and extremely clean. The kitchenette is very small and "cooking" is limited with only a kettle and a microwave but that didn't bother us as we dined in the restaurant each night which we found to be very good. It was nice to sample local dishes in such pleasant surroundings and the prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was a typical continental affair which was what we expected and it was very satisfactory. There is a small supermarket just 2 minutes walk away for supplies and the apartment had a fridge for storing items and drinks.
We made a good choice to stay here for 4 nights for our little walking holiday in the High Tatras and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

Zariadenie sa nachádza asi 7 minút chôdze od vlakovej stanice, 4 minútky od stanice lanovky na Hrebienok a v blízkosti rôznych obchodov a kaviarní. Okolie je rušné, hlavne kvôli parkovisku umiestnenému hneď pred ubytovňou.
Mali sme štúdio 4, veľmi vkusne zariadené a čisté, no dosť nešťastne umiestnené pod reštauráciou, kde personál po záverečnej veľmi hlučne sťahoval stoly a stoličky, na čo sme sa v noci budili.
Štúdio bolo vybavené základným kuchynským riadom (taniere, príbor, poháre, šálky), chladničkou, mikrovlnkou a varnou konvicou. V kúpeľni jedna osuška a jeden uterák na osobu, ktoré menia za poplatok. Šampón a gél na sprchovanie v kúpeľni nečakajte.
Raňajky boli formou bufetu, kde si okrem pečiva a cereálií veľmi nevyberiete, s možnosťou doobjednania šunkovo-syrového taniera alebo praženice.
Na zhrnutie - ubytovanie príjemné, v službách je čo doháňať.

Exceptionally good apartments.We stayed in rooms 2 and 3 both of which were extremely clean and tidy with quality Decor.The apartments are in a perfect location being just 5mins walk from trains and buses.The receptionists were very polite and helpful and also gave us a 20% discount for dining in the attached restaurant which was first class with a wide variety of freshly cooked quality food served by very efficient and happy people.The restaurant also was very clean,tidy and decorative.-- Thankyou regards, Phil/Janet/Matthew/Jana

Just returned from the most amazing break here - it surpassed all our expectations; like landing in Santa's house :) I cannot express just how perfect this hotel was for our family. Already looking at going back, just waiting for flights for later in the year to be released!
