Pros:

The location was great. Rooms were excellent for a family. Very happy with the stay.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was the $300 bond? I’ve never had to pay that amount before. It’s actually extremely expensive. Ive stayed at expensive apartments/ accommodation & its max $200.

Convenient for Ivanhoe station and food shop. Basic kitchen items supplied and washer and dryer very helpful.

Cons:

Advertised with balcony which it had but looked straight out to a brick wall. No sense of what the weather was like as you couldn't see the sky at all. Balcony area was covered in leaves, feathers and other stuff, could have benefitted from a sweep daily and perhaps then we might have used it, wasn't welcoming at all. Lots of confusion and miscommunication between Booking.com, hotel and myself over cost which did cause some concern prior to stay.

Always a good stay however since the upgrade the bed is now two singles pushed together and as a middle of the bed sleeper the join is not comfortable as one would like

Pros:

The rooms are clean, however they are very small, especially for the price (>$300 pn). Window was tiny and looked into someone’s courtyard. Aircon blows directly onto the bed. TV is tiny, old and difficult to use.
