One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Istanbul.
The room is excellent, and the location is very wonderful.
The street noise may be a bit disturbing.
Понравилось расположение прямо вдоль туристкой тропы и поблизости от станции метро, начала туристской тропы, моста Галата.
1) Отдельный вход в ресепшен и отдельно к номерам сбоку отеля.
2) Я заказывал через Букинг.ком, Оплатил сразу онлайн (других вариантов отель не предложил). При выезде хотел получить квитанцию за оплату, но на стойке скаазли, что так как я бронировал и оплатил через Букинг.ком, мне нужно будет написать в Букинг, чтобы выслали мне квитанцию. Букинг отправил мне через день после завершения моего срока отчёта. Плохо.
De locatie van het hotel beviel ons goed; bezienswaardigheden zoals Eminönü en de Sultan Ahmet-moskee liggen op loopafstand. Ook was er altijd iemand aanwezig bij de receptie voor eventuele vragen.
Bij aankomst in het hotel merkten we direct dat de kamer niet overeenkwam met de foto’s op Booking.com. De kamer was klein, verouderd en voldeed totaal niet aan onze verwachtingen. Daarnaast was de hygiëne ondermaats: er was sprake van een lekkend plafond met grote gele vlekken en een kapotte kraan die continu water lekte.
Omdat de kamer echt niet acceptabel was, voelden wij ons genoodzaakt om €200 extra te betalen voor een andere kamer. Dit was uiteraard niet wat wij vooraf hadden verwacht.
Ook hing er elke keer dat we de kamer binnenkwamen een zware muffe geur, vermoedelijk afkomstig uit de riolering, wat het verblijf extra onaangenaam maakte.
Al met al waren wij erg teleurgesteld in ons verblijf en vinden wij dat de accommodatie niet eerlijk wordt weergegeven op de website.

Our experience at Manesol Hotel was completely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and this attitude continued throughout our stay. The overall condition of the hotel was very poor: a strong smell of damp, lack of hygiene, mold in the bathrooms, and extremely uncomfortable, rock-hard beds. The cleanliness was so inadequate that we had to clean parts of the room ourselves.
The breakfast was also a major disappointment and definitely not worth the price.
The only positive aspect was Hakan Bey, who was friendly and helpful. Apart from him, we definitely do not recommend this hotel.
Erdinç and Emir were very helpful at the entrance. The rooms are clean and quiet.
Номер не соответствует заявленным фото на сайте. В номере холодно. Я несколько раз просила настроить мне теплую температуру, но в комнате так же осталось 20 градусов . (После душа особенно холодно). В завтраках нет каш и никаких злаковых (сложные углеводы для меня особенно важны). Персонал приветливый . Цена высокая. Локация отличная. Посоветую ли я этот отель- нет. Приеду ли я сюда- тоже думаю что нет. Невозможно отменить бронь , поэтому от безысходности осталась
