The hotel was very good and comfortable and i enjoyed the staying in the hotel , also the view was very gorgeous, the reception employee mehmet he is such a nice and good person thanks for him. The rooms was clean , the restaurant does have a nice breakfast and the tea is so so so good
Close to everything.. Nice location.. But it's has zero sound isolation.. You can hear the noise from your room lije you are sitting in the street

Mehmet is very good. He helped me and my girlfriend for so much things. He have a good comunication with people. He worried about so much things when we ask something. For hotel we wanted to say that it was so good and clean. Room cleaners do everything so good. I hope we will see you again one day.
It was very good experience for us. The hotel is situated in the centre of the city. It was very clean and stuffs were very kind, especially i would like to thank to Mehmet who sits in the reception for his kind and helpful connection with us. To conclude with, it very deserves all the money I paid. Super!
Korkunç pis bir otel
Hotel has a very good location and the tram or ship station are very close. The room which had was very small and its very loud in the night. The staff was very good.
Personalen var hjälpsamma. De bytte rum åt oss varje gång vi hittade något som inte var bra. Rengöring och städning varje dag. Utsikten var jättebra. Frukosten var bra och varierande. Bra läge.
Men hotellet är i gammalt skick. Toaletten luktade illa. Mycket trafikljus. Internet är svag i många rum. Bara ett av rummen vi bytte till hade bra internet. Vår vistelse var 4 dagar, vi bytte rum 3 gånger.
Hotellets ägare var aggressiv mot oss när andra gäster som vi umgicks med och bodde på samma hotell hade skrivit dåligt omdöme om hotellet. Han tog ut sin aggression på oss.
The properties was awful. Not clean there were smell. In breakfast the plate was dirty the food not fresh. The room was cold and too much sound from outside because the windows was not double. I am not recommending it at all.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Haustüre. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir buchen immer wieder hier. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Die optimale Lage für den Istanbulurlaub. Sofort vor dem Hotel ist die Straßenbahn, Regionalbahn etc., mit der man überall hinkommt. Gegenüber der Straße sind sofort die Schiffe zum rüberkommen. Alle Hotspots sind zügig zu erreichen.
I don't recommend staying at this hotel based on my recent experience: I originally booked for 7 nights but prior to going to the hotel I contacted Hotels.com and requested a change to 5 nights. I also called the hotel directly and talked to the reservation manager and he assured me that there would not be any problem and he could change the reservation. However, after I stayed and on my day of check out the resevation manager claimed that he should have received an email from Hotels.com. That was first time I heard that since when I had called him before arrival he never mentioned that. He basically lied to me and when I tried to explain to him that I had talked to him on the phone he became mean and disrespectful, dismissing me. I don't recommend staying at this hotel
Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit...sehr schön zentral aber bishen laut Auto Hupen und das hipen von Schiffe konnten wir hören obwohl wir Nebengebäude waren da das Hotel aus zwei Gebäuden besteht...aber trotzdem bin ich sehr zufrieden was an Service und Sauberkeit angeht...kann ich nur empfehlen
The location of the hotel is excellent, overlooking the Bosphorus and close to the old city ,also has easy accessibility to public transport. The staff members were friendly and helped secure a taxi to the airport. The room was clean ,although sometimes there was an unpleasant odour(sewage smell ) from the bathroom. The overall stay was pleasing and would definitely stay in that hotel again
Wir waren 3 nächte im 6 Stock mit eingeschränktem Meerblick....einfach Toll mitten im Sirkeci so ein Tollen Ausblick zu haben. Die Fenster sind Bodenbündig,deshalb ist der Ausblick nochmal schöner....auch aus dem Bett heraus. Nachts einfach Traumhaft....
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr Professionell und Hilfsbereit....ja auch sehr Nett. Nochmals Danke.;) Frühstück war auch in Ordnung....
