This was a very nice place to stay. It is in the center of many things. You can walk just about everywhere. The area is very friendly. The staff did a very good job at the desk. They are a variety of shops just a few feet away. They also watched my bags on the last day. Thanks

The staff and the location were great.
- We couldn't find a time when there was hot water for a shower during our three days.
- Booking.com states "A buffet, continental or Full English/Irish breakfast can be enjoyed at the property." But breakfast did not come with the room. Although plenty of places to eat just outside on the street, no restaurant at the hotel so we felt the wording was misleading.

Room was spotless, comfortable, near Ben Thanh, all at an affordable price
We were given the wrong room. We booked a family quadruple and were given a triple room which was half the size of the family quadruple. When we questioned the room we were told that they were fully booked. It wasn't until we went back a second time and showed booking email that were given the correct room.
Location was excellent, but we would not stay again.
