На сегодняшний день- это лучший отель!
От встречи до проводов! Отдельное спасибо моим помошникам Фидан и Тохид.Они сделали моё пребывание на отдыхе великолепным! Номер 1162 с выходом в бассейн просто прекрасен!!! Всем рекомендую этот отель!!!

Мы наслаждались атмосферой чистоты , теплого и чистого моря , дружелюбная атмосфера и национальный колорит создают впечатление восточной сказки , хочется еще и еще окунуться в пленяющий мир Этно .
Хочется отметить высокий уровень и скорость сервиса и уборки , через приложение Этно доступно все . Прекрасные ассистентки Assel K и Elina S всегда были на связи с нами , и помогали во всем ☺️
Особенно приятно было получить приглашение на такой красивый и атмосферный камерный фуршет Ethno people , и послушать речь, где был уважаемый господин хозяин отеля Нахит Кара , а так же генеральные директор и остальная команда замечательных людей . Really appreciate it
Очень хотелось бы выделить официанта Ерсат из 24/7 , он настоящий молодец , заботится о нас второй год , на него должны ровняться 😊

Очень замечательные вечерние программы в ресторанах, а также основная сцена всегда на очень высоком уровне. Еда в основном ресторане без изысков, но всегда было достаточно вкусно 👍

Cons:

Не понравился подход «до заработать на клиентах», есть ощущение, что весь персонал за мотивирован ещё немного обстричь клиентов. Не проще ли накинуть несколько сотен евро к коммерческому предложению и не мучать клиентов с бесплатным/ платным пакетом… Отель совершенно не дешевый и стоит своих денег. Но платная вода в Аля карте немного ту матч

Все було чудово! Готель новий і це відчувається. Хочу відмітити чистоту, в номерах прибирання двічі на день. Величезний вибір їжі, смачні десерти, окремо є куточок "здорової" їжі, окремо дитячі страви.

Cons:

Іноді обслуговування у ресторанах бажало бути кращим. Зловити офіціанта може бути складно, іноді не правильно розуміли замовлення і приносили невірно.

Let me start with the only truly positive part of this hotel — the cats on the property were absolutely adorable 🐈
Unfortunately, that was one of the very few pleasant impressions from the stay.
The overall service was disappointing. Staff members were quick to remove cups, glasses, and dishes, but clean replacements or drinks often had to be requested multiple times. During breakfast and dinner, some employees removed plates before guests had even finished eating, creating a very uncomfortable dining atmosphere.
Communication with the staff was also frustrating at times. Instead of trying to assist guests professionally, some employees responded in a rude manner, and even simple requests became unnecessarily complicated.
Housekeeping raised several concerns as well: bathroom mats were repeatedly taken during cleaning and never returned. Bottled water in the room was not replenished automatically, and after requesting it we often had to wait a very long time.
Another major issue was the room itself. In the evenings, water pressure became extremely weak, and hot water would occasionally disappear completely, making it impossible to take a proper shower.
In addition, the staff repeatedly provided incorrect information regarding restaurant schedules and hotel services, which caused unnecessary confusion throughout the stay.
The final disappointment was the check-out experience. We requested a late check-out for only two additional hours. Although we left the room on time and followed all instructions regarding our luggage, we still had to wait nearly 40 minutes for someone to collect it.
Unfortunately, the situation became even worse once our transfer arrived. No one from the hotel staff helped us locate our luggage. We had to search for our suitcases ourselves among other guests’ bags, and luckily they were standing in a visible place. No assistance with the luggage was offered at all — in the end, our transfer driver helped us instead of the hotel staff.

This was our third stay at Ethno Hotel, and once again we were very satisfied. The quality of the food and beverages, as well as the overall service, was truly exceptional.

We would especially like to thank our Ethos assistant, Nura, for her continuous support and kindness during each of our visits. She was always helpful, attentive, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We truly appreciate all the care and assistance provided and look forward to visiting again.
