excellent and memorable
Pros:

Cennat and Zeynab were our personal assistants and they were BOTH wonderful. There attentiveness to ur issues as well asking them do something else for us due to a language barrier was excellent! We will defintely be returnning and we will request them BOTH to be our conceirges as well

Un séjour tout simplement incroyable et inoubliable ! L’hôtel est splendide, magnifique jusque dans les moindres détails, mais ce qui nous a particulièrement marqués, c’est la qualité exceptionnelle de la prise en charge et du service.

Nous avons rarement vécu une expérience aussi parfaite. Une équipe d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriante, attentionnée et aux petits soins. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Cennet et Zeynet, qui ont pris soin de nous pendant tout notre séjour avec une attention et une bienveillance extraordinaires. Elles ont largement contribué à rendre notre expérience exceptionnelle.

La nourriture était également délicieuse, avec une qualité au rendez-vous à chaque repas.

Un séjour magnifique, une expérience que nous n’oublierons pas et une équipe formidable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! ❤️

Relaxing, luxurious and peaceful resort with all the amenities you could hope for on holiday.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were personally welcomed with champagne and two lovely guest managers, who looked after us during our 8 day stay, Cennet and Zeynep. The hotel is beautifully designed, with boutique and bohemian influences. The staff are very attentive and always want to please. The cocktails, food, entertainment and activities on offer are superb. Our favourite was the sound healing experience in the Santorini pool - amazing!!! The beach and cabanas are also fabulous, it has everything!!

Cons:

Small improvements would be adding some more activities for older kids to the Ethno kids club (which is already great).

Un très bon séjour
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à l’hôtel ETHNO à Antalya et avons pleinement profité de ce magnifique établissement.

L’hôtel propose une offre de restauration exceptionnelle, très variée et de grande qualité. La nourriture est abondante, savoureuse et diversifiée. Les spécialités locales sont toujours mises à l’honneur, tout en proposant également de nombreuses cuisines internationales : italienne, asiatique, méditerranéenne et bien d’autres.

De nombreux cafés, restaurants, beach bars et coffee shops sont répartis un peu partout dans l’hôtel, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable et permet de découvrir différents espaces et ambiances tout au long de la journée.

L’établissement propose également une multitude d’activités qui nous ont vraiment enchantés. L’animation est excellente, avec de très beaux spectacles en soirée, des DJ, ainsi que de nombreuses animations pour les enfants.

Les familles y trouvent vraiment leur bonheur, et particulièrement les enfants, qui peuvent profiter des parcs de jeux, des toboggans et des nombreuses activités et animations qui leur sont spécialement dédiées.

Nous avons énormément apprécié cet hôtel et nous pensons déjà y revenir avec nos enfants dans les années à venir.

Nous souhaitons adresser un remerciement tout particulier à Cennet et Zeynep, nos deux assistantes, qui étaient disponibles pour nous 16 heures par jour, de 8 heures à minuit. Elles répondaient presque instantanément à toutes nos demandes, toujours avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de disponibilité et de professionnalisme. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur sympathie ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Un grand merci à toutes les deux, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel ETHNO, pour ce séjour fantastique !

"Мафия" таксистов у отеля
Cons:

Впечатление испортило то, что к этому отелю боится подъехать Uber из-за какой-то "мафии" таксистов, которые лезут с ними драться, если видят что кто-то из постояльцев садится к ним в такси. Чтобы доехать до аэропорта Антальи пришлось переплачивать из-за отсутствия конкуренции в этом вопросе. Местная "мафия" таксистов принимает оплату только наличными и по завышенной цене

Amazing!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with everything brand new. The food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant and food corner. The service and hospitality were outstanding. I would especially like to thank my hotel assistants, Elina and Assel! They were always incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I needed anything. I am very happy with my experience at Ethno hotel and would definitely recommend it!!

A fresh new vibe on the Turkish Riviera
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Etna with my teenage son. Our Swim-Up room with a sea view and private jacuzzi was the perfect place to spend quality time together and created some truly beautiful memories.
Before arriving, I was honestly quite skeptical. I had watched many videos and read numerous reviews, but the reality exceeded my expectations. The hotel is significantly more beautiful in person than it appears in photos or videos. The architecture is elegant, the atmosphere is unique, and everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed.
The landscaping deserves special mention. Although the gardens are still young and will become even more impressive as the trees and plants mature, I genuinely enjoyed walking around the property and photographing the wide variety of flowers and greenery. It already feels like a very beautiful place, and in a few years I believe it will be exceptional.
I have been travelling to Turkey for more than twenty years and have experienced many different resorts. In my opinion, Etna is opening a new chapter for Turkish hotels. It has its own identity and creates a completely different atmosphere from the traditional resorts many of us grew up visiting. Even though the Ethno style is not normally my personal preference, I found myself appreciating the unique vibe the hotel has created. It feels modern, stylish and fresh, while still being welcoming for both families and couples. As a mother travelling with a teenage son, we both had an amazing time
Our guest assistants, Cennet K and Zeynep E, were always kind, attentive and genuinely willing to help. Every request was handled quickly, professionally and with a smile, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Cons:

There are, however, a few things that I hope the hotel will improve.
The mattresses were extremely firm. I usually like a firm mattress, but even for me they were too hard. On holiday, you hope to completely relax and enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.
The sound insulation between the rooms also needs improvement. I woke up several mornings around 4–5 a.m. because I could hear furniture being moved in the room above us, and even the sound of water running in neighbouring rooms. It is a pity because such a beautiful hotel deserves the same level of comfort and tranquillity.
I would also recommend slightly warming the water in the Swim-Up pools, as it would make the experience even more enjoyable.
Finally, I would suggest reviewing a few design details inside the rooms. The bedside metal lamps were originally hanging quite low, and I accidentally hit my head on them several times because of the sharp metal edges. Fortunately, after we mentioned it, the staff immediately raised them, which we appreciated very much.

Cons:

Разрекламированный в инстаграмме Veuve Clicquot дают только на велком дринке. Поменяли концепцию отеля якобы. Вход в море очень тяжелый, много камней.
