Es muy lindo, tiene acceso directo al humedal, el personal es muy amable, tienen flores frescas todas las mañanas en el desayuno, una jarrita de agua en las habitaciones,
El desayuno sin huevos y cantidad de los demás itemes muy restringidos. Uno tiene que pedir.

Werner Hotel was a super comfortable rustic place, perfectly nestled next to a natural pool where lovely birds added charm to the surroundings. The atmosphere felt warm and close to nature, making it an ideal retreat. The service was truly amazing — the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring great care at every moment of our stay. Breakfast was simple yet complete, offering all the essentials needed for a proper start to the day. Overall, the experience was delightful, and without hesitation, I would choose Werner Hotel again if I return to Llanquihue. Thank you, Werner Hotel, for such a memorable stay.

La casa Bellísima y la cordialdiad de las personas que nos atendieron, especialmente las señoritas del desayuno. Súper atentas, cariñosas y pacientes con todos.
Para el tipo de valoracfión que exhibe en redes, me parece que el desayuno podría ser mejor. Me refiero específicamente a las porciones de queso, jamó y salame que disponen en las mesas para dos, me pareció que aquello es solo para una persona, no para dos, la porcion de mantequilla, mínima.Poco variado el área de buffet del desayuno. La granola, no lo era, sino más bien era avena con añadido de algunos frutos. En lo personal regreso a los alojamientos dependiendo de lo contundente y variado del desayuno En comparación a otros lugares de la zona en que me he hospedado, quedó al debe en ese sentido.
Lo que mas me gusto fue la cama , muy grande y la habitacion muy amplia , ese dia solo queriamos dormir y lejos lo mejor fue la cama . Volvere si o si un finde semana largo a ese hotel.

¡Todo es muy bonito! El personal es muy atento y el desayuno es ejemplar: preparan muchas cosas desde cero como el pan, el yogur y la mermelada. ¡De verdad, quedamos encantados!

Die Lage war richtig schön um den See Llanquihue und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal durchwegs freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel (auch aufgrund seiner individuellen Einrichtung) auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
Die Kommunikation war ein bisschen kompliziert ohne Spanischkenntnisse. Hat aber alles soweit geklappt, insofern nur als Hinweis, dass Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil sind. :-)
