Kitchen smell everywhere and very disgusting at restaurant and cafe entrance, sofas not so clean in restaurant and in challet, challet not equipped with water and coffee sachets.

The hotel was disgusting!! I was so disappointed! We had a room where we found wood mite! In the same room, the bed sheets were dirty, yellow!!!! unchanged!!! Even the table wasn’t cleaned! We called the front desk and had the room changed! The sheets in the other room were clean but the toilets stink! The manager knew about the whole situation! He said they will offer us the breakfast to make it up! We didn’t get anything! Honestly, it was the worst experience ever do not recommend! And it’s far from the center

Stunning views, high end pool, gardens and kids play area. Food and beverages service is always the best, now better with Billy Boyz...

Very poor maintenance, old and smelly washrooms . Beds are not comfortable. No room service during the night so we had to sleep on the sofa bed without sheet and cover. Breakfast not included , you have to pay extra, they serve standard lebanese breakfast. Service on the table was slow and incomplete.Receptionist was welcoming and tried to make our stay better but the hotel overall need Maintance to give the customer a better stay and a relaxing positive experience

The property can be fine in summer time when the hotel is full of people, but no now that they are doing works to prepare it to receive a lot of people at the beginning of June. I was the only client in the hotel and there were some things that didn't functioned properly. For example, the wifi, the electricity, the restaurant service or the hot water.
Nevertheless, Bachir, its boss, is a nice man that tried to please me as much as he could in such a peculiar situation.
In a nutshell, is a hotel to be used in summer time. or in winter time by people skying.

It's a good hotel with nice furnished chalets and a very nice pool.

The stay was great, 2 things to improve:
-Elevator needs maintenance to avoid noise
-Consider double vitrage for all windows

Wonderful location. Not as close to the Cedars as we thought from the write up, but doable.
