Hotel was beautiful and clean

Staff were friendly and super helpful, was super relieved to find out they spoke English since I don't speak a lick of Polish

It was my second time staying in this hotel- friendly staff, nice cosy and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Bus and tram stations just a minute away from hotel, there’s shopping centre nearby- strongly recommended

I didn't expect to encounter such unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and downright rude service in a place that calls itself a "hotel." Besides the completely dismissive and unpleasant attitude at the front desk, the staff's professionalism leaves much to be desired. Despite providing the correct information, we were issued an incorrect invoice because "the manager entered it that way." When I requested a correct invoice, I was told that "the manager will issue it if she wants." Furthermore, I was told that I was "taking it out" on the receptionist because I requested a correct invoice... As evidenced by other reviews, treating guests like intruders in this exorbitantly priced lodging facility is the norm at this pseudo-hotel. The accommodation was terrible – the room was tiny, and once you unfold a small suitcase, there's no room to move around, and there's no room for your belongings. On top of that, there's terrible noise both day and night from the nearby expressway. No matter where you stay, the entire building, every room, is noisy. In the summer, it's a nightmare because there's no air conditioning in the rooms; it's hot and stuffy, you have to open the window and listen to the cars passing by... Zero sleep, zero rest, you writhe in the heat and smell the exhaust fumes from the street. The bathroom in the hallway is a toilet in a sliding wardrobe, and the shower is opposite, behind a glass wall. It might be okay for a couple, but how are friends or coworkers supposed to function in such conditions??? Zero privacy; you can see and hear everything. The room was also untidy; I found some used e-cigarette cartridges on the floor... For the price, you could find a much better and quieter place to stay, a real hotel with top-notch service, not this strange place worse than a workers' hostel somewhere in the port. A proper etiquette and culture course for the "ladies" at the front desk would definitely be helpful. As an owner or manager, I'd be ashamed to hire such people!

Was looking forward to stopping at this hotel as a stop of in Poland
The room was very basic. It was noisy as it was on bottom floor next to reception. There was mugs and tea and coffee etc but no kettle and when I asked for two glasses in reception they said they do not have glasses in hotel
All in all basic and noisy and unhelpful reception
Also when we first checked in we had to wait ten minutes because the reception had left her post to go to the shop for her bait.

The room was small but cozy. The room smelled good and looked cleaned. The blanket was really small and the pillow was really big.

I was not aware that they didn't change bed sheets and cleaned the toilets thoroughly if you don't tell them in advance.

I paid for the standard breakfast on my last day. It was good, but they could have offered more hot food options though.

Location wise, this was really good with the big mall Galeria Baltycka just 300 meters away. There is another smaller mall Metropolia near the station.

Since this seems to be a quite big train station (Gdansk Wrzeszcz) you can reach Sopot in 12 min and the city center in 5 min. Near the hotel on the northwest side, you can find a few cafes and supermarket. There are also bus and trams close to the hotel. I had a room next to a big road so there was some traffic noise all the time.

I recommend this hotel and will consider to return if I go to Gdansk again.

All Good. nice and clean. All working as it should. Comfortable bed. Room is not big, but is enough for single person, or a couple.

Mycket trevligt och mysigt hotell. Lite men praktiskt rum. Fin frukost! Superbra läge! Oväntat bra hotell.

The hotel seemed like in good condition and was clean. There was very little outside noise insulation and I heard cars well into late evening until traffic died down. Also, I could hear slamming doors in the corridor so the insulation inside did not attenuate the noise. The parking lot next to hotel had a lot of pass through foot traffic being that it was a route from a major road/tram station to a nearby housing complex.

To loud on the first floor. We had to move to top floor after first night. There are two small sinks but you can’t refill the kettle or the iron because sinks are too small. Had to use a shower head instead. Better to make one big sink instead two small ones. A wardrobe would be nice too. Only 4-5 hangers it’s not enough

Modern rooms and next to good transport links (bus, tram) to the airport and into town.
The curtains aren’t black-out, so I basically woke up as soon as it got light outside. In addition, the first room I was in was very noisy in the morning (noise from surrounding rooms and the corridor, and it was close to the lift). I asked to change rooms and the second was much better regarding noise from inside the building but the location is next to a busy road and without noise insulation, you can hear the traffic quite loud in the room. Staff could have been friendlier. Especially the man on the night shift was rude on check-in and about changing the room on the second evening. Lady on the first morning was helpful, noting my request to change rooms. Rooms were clean but a small fridge would have been nice to keep drinks/snacks cool.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft das einzige was ich gerne anmerken würde ist weniger Putzmittel beim reinigen des Wasserkochers benutzen das Wasser daraus war leider nicht sehr genießbar…Frühstück war lecker nur für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen zu wenig Auswahl aber das ist nur mein persönliches befinden 😄

Everything was great. We had a good time and nothing was complicated. Very kind staff.

I received different room what I booked . Cleaner only left shower towels, no hand towels, no toilet paper. Shower very small. Only good location.

The room fulfilled all my requirements. I have no complaints!

I arrived at midnight and I quickly checked in as I needed to get up early. The room which i got was small but everything I needed was there, it was clean and comfortable. Only thing which I could complain about is some other hotel users though that partying at 3am is great idea. I went to reception to complain about it but I had second thought and I went to sort it by myself. Unless you will have neighbours like I had I can gladly recommend this hotel.
