The stairs
The reception lady was very friendly.
The smart bus to/ from Phuket town runs in front of the hotel. Though the bus to Rawai you have to go to the bus stop near Jungceylon shopping mall.
No hair dryer even it says on room description.
Friendly staff, the area was easy to access Patong, lots of food and venders stalls around for local dishes, close by to a 7 Eleven for in case you needed something, it is 24 hours!

no kettle in the room
The room we booked (2 separate beds) was not available. So we had to book a second one and the price of the first one was not adapted either. Unacceptable!
The staff don’t speak English.
