Apricot Hotel

Family of 4 very happy at the Apricot hotel. We had connecting rooms and the hotel was clean, quiet and well appointed. Great location. Lovely staff.

Stayed at Apricot Hotel and really enjoyed it. The room was nice, the vibe was classy, and everything felt comfortable. Big shoutout to Hoc super friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist. Made the whole experience much better. Would come back again

I feel that some reviewers are overly critical and complain about the most ridiculous things (like a room being too big!). In reality, the Apricot Hotel is absolutely outstanding. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean at all times. With such a prime location right next to Hoan Kiem Lake, instead of complaining about the TV, you really should just step outside and explore.
While the restaurant might be a bit pricey, the food is absolutely delicious. However, the biggest highlight of our stay was the attentive service. A special thank you to Hoc, who was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, and professional.
Don't listen to the naysayers; this hotel is completely worth it!

We returned to the Apricot for the second year running as we had a fantastic time last year. We again really enjoyed our week’s stay here which was made more special by the hotel staff who couldn’t do enough for us. A special thank you to Hoc, who took great care of us during our stay, organising our excursions and even our laundry. It’s little touches like these that make us think about returning to the Apricot hotel. The breakfast and evening meals served in the restaurant are first class, and the staff cannot do enough to look after us.

There was nothing wrong but there was nothing special about this place. It was a little hyper, a bit too glitzy, didn’t have much to do with Hanoi - it could be anywhere. They also totally dropped the ball on room service. Our appetizer came and when it was delivered we reminded them about the rest of the order and were told they’d take care of it but again it never came. Our friends in the next room got cold, undercooked French fries.

Apricot hotel's hospitality was excellent. Huong Nguyen has been an outstanding host and she took personal interest to make our stay so comfortable.

Great experience

I met Tien this morning at the pool area and was struck by his attention to detail and proactive attitude. Even in busy common areas, he maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. He is very kind, polite, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in his work. Tien is a reliable professional who understands the essence of luxury hospitality. I highly recommend him for any future opportunities.

Perfect location near the old quarter and river. Hotel was clean, friendly and the rooms were pretty big. Their breakfast buffet had lots to choose from and delish!

Most comfortable bed of our long trip. Top notch food. And the location on Hoan Kiem lake can’t be beat. Walking around the lake on a Sunday night, seeing 4 generations of locals out enjoying each leisure, was beautiful. Added a view of the people beyond tourist attractions.

Amazing staff,clean and very convenient location

We have stayed here off and on during our three week vacation. We landed in Hanoi stayed moved onto Lao then Cambodia. We then returned to Hanoi and The apricot. Moving along to Hoi A then we had a couple more opportunities to stay at The Apricot. It was like hone! Beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service. For us the breakfast was included. Such a great variety of food. Something for everybody. On our last night we ordered à la cart for dinner. Excellent! Hoping Nguyen was our waitress. She was funny and provided great service.

Wonderful experience at the Apricot Hotel. Terrific service. Kind staff. Especially wonderful service from Huong Nguyen at the restaurant. She made our dining experience extra special!
