The, Location of the hotel and the paneromic view of the Indian ocean throuh windows and the balcony were main attractive fact for us.
We have seen one security man was staring into our room from the swimming pool site, we can understand that security is responsible for safety, but his behaviour is obvious. Staring into rooms violating privacy of guests. We didt go to complain at the moment as we didnt want to ruin our mood and the moment, but we didnt like the thing at all. If you will communicate about
this further with the hotel, he was a skiny dark skined, midaged man with very short hair.
I had the beach view facing room which was upgraded by the staffs because I was a solo traveller

I have bad experience, I book two double room with BB,92$,1 is 46$ two person include breakfast,they cheated,they charge for breakfast for 2 persons,they said package includes only 1 person breakfast,they informed it after getting breakfast,😑and Rs 7000.00 for 2 person,not really Worth if money,
If you book this hotel,please check what includes your package after ,otherwise they cheat you,I'm not recommend this hotel ,
Food is not good for that price,better to get your food from outside restaurant,
The view from the room
The food was not worth the money. We stayed on a BB basis for two days and ordered dinner from the restaurant menu one night. The buffet had a limited variety of food stations, and nothing was tasty except for the omelet

Kleine Ameisen überall. Shampoo kommt nichts raus, da es so verklebt ist. Kein Aschenbecher am Balkon. Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt. Preis-Leistungen passt nicht.

Bad experience. We booked 3 nights but could not stay and moved out after the first night the next morning. The hotel looks like it missed a major renovation 10 years ago. The outside areas were in very poor condition and generally neglected.
There is a long list of issues, but to mention a few: very low cleanliness standards, bad smell in the rooms, dirty bedding, outdated facilities, and poor overall maintenance. The room did not feel comfortable or welcoming, and the condition of the property was far below expectations based on the description and photos.
In our opinion, the hotel urgently needs refurbishment and much better attention to cleanliness and guest comfort.
Great location with easy beach access. Have to walk a bit to get into town, but rooms had a great view and was quite comfortable.
Местоположение и низкая стоимость, доброжелательсть персонала. Отель на первой линии, можно не платить за шезлонги на пляже, и ходить купаться из отеля. Отель предоставляет полотенца только для бассейна, на пляж их брать нельзя. У нас был лучший номер с видом на море. Плюс номера большая ванная.
Отель находиться в затяжной ремонте, несколько номеров обновили и туда заселяют, людей не много. На завтрак очень маленький выбор. В бассейне пахнет мусоркой, которая расположена рядом. Ресторана/бара в отеле нет. Ужасная система сейфа в комнате рецепшена с 2-мя ключами и столетними ящиками... В номере муравьи, от которых невозможно избавиться. Уборка так себе, шампунь/гель для душа в дозаторе рядом с душем, пользоваться не удобно. Очень слабый напор воды.

La chambre sentait l'humidité et le lit etait tout petit (140cm)
Pour le petit déjeuner, tout etait froid, le dhall, les curry, les saucisses...
