This hotel gives hotel.com guests a weak room- first floor looking over the parking area.

Had a lovely time enjoying all the amenities, incredible view and friendly people at this hotel. Would definitely ho back !!!!!

Magnifique hôtel, magnifique spa dans un environnement exceptionnel.
Le service est un peu rude, voire brutal, beaucoup de règles, pas mal d'interdits.
L'option restauration est chère et un peu surfaite.
Je vous conseille de profiter de très bons restaurants dans les pensions environnantes.

Lovely hotel! Such friendly staff and so many fun things to do outside. Spa was fantastic! Could use some better pillows.

The excellent: the location, luxury, feel, staff.

The only downside for one star off, is no air conditioning. Even in May, one evening it was fairly warm, and we would have appreciated AC.

The hotel is very fancy, which is not necessarily our cup of tea--ie, dinner is pre fixe. This is in contrast to the only other hotel down the only street, which is very informal. Having checked out the other establishment, the pluses far outweighed this relative negative.

The absolute unique plus: You can put on a the provided robe and a pair of flip flops, go out thru the astounding spa area, past the unique pool, up the hillside past the yoga platforms with world class views, and then stand under a beautiful waterfall. I did. Check that off the bucket list.

This is an amazing property in all sense of the word. The views, spa, food, pool, location, zen feeling made the stay just perfect.

The valley location

a distance from anything substantial / of significance but what a location !

Surrounded by mountains, clean fresh air, this place is great to help ‘ get away from it all’

A Swim in the outdoor ‘pond’ in September is challenging but it’s a fantastic view .. you can always regret to the sauna, steam room and or jacuzzi to warm up a little

It’s quite a hike to ‘ Slap Rinka’ ( the waterfall ) and make sure you take proper walking shoes.. Lovely view and sense of achievement when you get there though

Mushroom soup on the way down ( stop off at ‘Logarski Kot’ ) was a delicious treat

Amazing! The spa is wonderful and the breakfast as well. The stuff was very helpful and nice. The location is great. And the rooms are just amazing.

Wonderful. Perfect for hiking and biking. You should stay at least two nights.

Located back of beyond. Family owned with quirky management. The folio in the room says you can get dental/shaving kit from reception giving the impression that it is complementary. Actually the price is exhorbitant.

The hotel is in an outstanding location, everything was really high spec. The wellness centre was fabulous, and the extra touches such as the evening bonfire in the outdoor pool made it very special.
