Pros:

距离景点太远，餐食晚餐部分，意大利餐一言难尽，我们吃杯面吃了两天。房间的隔光做的不好，大老早会被照醒。枕头很不舒服。

館内、室内、浴室、全ての場所でバリアフリーの対策がなくかなり不便を感じた。
スロープさえもないので高齢者には厳しい。
朝食の際、開始と同時の時間に行ったにもかかわらず、窓際の席に変更してもらえなかった。
席がすでに埋まっているなら納得するものの、まだ空いているのにもうすでに座席が決定済みとかで融通を聞かせてもらえず残念。

空港の送迎だけでなく、アドベンチャーワールドまでの送迎もして下さり大変助かりました。楽しみにしていたお風呂も素晴らしく、食事のアレルギー対応も完璧にしていただきました。スタッフの皆さんはとても感じが良く、本当に気持ちのいい滞在ができました。必ずまた来ようと思います。

場所が少し高台のトコロにあるため、ラウンジから眺める白浜の海は最高です。

チェックイン当日で、時間によって異なるかもしれませんが、施設内のお風呂（男湯、女湯共）が熱くて、ゆっくり浸かることが出来なかったでした。
次の日の朝風呂は、問題無く入れたから少し残念に思えました。

妻曰く、イタリアンの夕食は美味しかったです。

機会があればまた宿泊したいです。

オーシャンビュー側の眺望は最高。部屋も綺麗。スパからの眺めも最高でこれだけでも来る価値はある。また送迎なども柔軟に対応してくれて白浜周辺で遊ぶだけならレンタカーはいらない。
レストランでの食事やホスピタリティもよい。
一方で気になるのとは
・ガーデンビューだとプールやレストランから部屋が丸見え。
・朝のチェックアウト時間前から掃除道具や片付け中のリネンが廊下に散乱していて見苦しい。せめて10時以降に始めて欲しい。
・ルームサービスがない割には部屋でアルコールを楽しみたい時の食べ物が売店に少ない
上記何か対策が打てればより良くなると思います。
あと、白浜町全体的にタクシーが捕まりにくいため、夏季だけ町内の周遊バスを増台するなど町の取り組みも必要かなあ。

ロケーション、インテリア、お料理、温泉、そしてスタッフの方の応対も全てとても満足です。
ただ、大浴場のタイルの剥がれや窓ガラスのくもりがとても残念でした。
温泉の成分が付着して仕方ないのかも知れませんが…
トータルすると大満足です。
