Pros:

지상 고가철로에 있는 지하철역 바로 옆인데다 고가 밑에 있는 버스 정류장에서 출발하는 버스 엔진 소음이 울려 도저히 잠을 이룰 수 없는 수준의 위치임.

室内清掃がされていない。滞在中はフロントに言わないと入らないみたいで、寝具は清掃依頼しても滞在中は交換なしです。4泊しても寝具交換なしで、テーブル、床も清掃なしなので自分で持参したアルコールで清掃しました。特に寝具は敷き直しもなしで驚きました。30回以上海外旅行経験がありますが初めての経験でさすが韓国。お昼位まで休んでいると一斉にドアロック解除されます。部屋に貴重品は置かないほうがいいと思います。せめてノックはしないとプライバシーは守られません。チェックアウト時はフロント無人で大声で叫んで呼びましたがかなり待たされて出発がかなり遅れました。

정말정말 최악이었어요
프런트 직원분들은 굉장히 친절하셨지만 그 외의 모든 조건은 동네 여관보다 뒤떨어지는 그런 곳입니다
우선 방에서 흡연이 가능한건지 찌든 담배냄새가 도저히
참을수가 없었구요, 시설의 열악함은 끔찍하단 말 밖엔!
처음 예약한 스탠다드 트윈룸, 욕실 문이 꽉 닫히지 않음, 방충망은 먼지가 새까맣게 앉은데다 틀쪽으로 군데군데 뜯어져서 방충망의 역활을 하지 못합니다. 선로쪽으로 접한 방이라 2,3분 간격으로 우렁찬 전철 소리가 ㅠㅠ
노원 차량기지로 들어가는 선로를 겸한 곳이라 전철이 끊어질 시간에도 기차가 지나다닙니다. 게다가 옆방에서 떠드는 소리에 잠들기 괴로워서 새벽 한시에 프런트에 전화해서 다음날 방을 바꿔달라 했습니다.
그런데 스탠다드 트윈룸은 죄다 선로쪽방이라 해서 업그레이드 요금내고 디럭스 트윈룸으로 업그레이드 해야한다더군요. 차라리 돈 더내고 말지 싶어 업그레이드 했어요.
그런데 업그레이드 한 룸도 아주 가관이었습니다.
방충망 상태는 아주 너덜너덜해서 이전방보다 더 심했고, 역시나 찌든 담배냄새때문에 창문을 열었더니 세상에 윗부분의 창문 고정 나사가 떨어져나서 다시 창문을 닫으려면 두손으로 문을 틀에 끼워맞춰야 했어요. 이런 경우 정말 처음 ㅎㅎㅎ
천정은 누수때문인지 군데군데 누런 얼룩과 곰팡이 흔적, 욕실의 욕조 바닥은 다 깨어져있고, 욕실 문은 잠금 장치가 없는데다 문이 무려 투명한 유리창! 아들 욕실 쓰는 동안엔 문 안쪽에서 로브 걸어서 시선 차단하고 현관쪽으론 얼씬도 안했어요. 도어락도 가끔 안먹혀서 문닫고 난 후 잘 잠겼나 확인할 필요 있었습니다.
룸 옮기기전에 탈취제 뿌려서 냄새 잡아주려고 하신것 같았는데 매트리스며 커튼, 벽지에 이미 스며든 찌든 담배냄새 때문에 별 효과가 없었던것 겉아요. 도저히 참을수가 없어서 가지고 있던 비싼 향수 뿌려서 냄새 좀 덮어보려했지만 끝이 없을것 같아서 근처 드럭스토어에서 탈취제 한통 사다가 지내는 동안 다 쓰고 왔습니다.
업글한 룸은 기차소리는 안나서 그것만이라도 다행이라 생각한 것도 잠시, 이 쪽 라인 룸들은 클럽의 음악소리가 웅장하게 들려온다는 복병이 있더군요. 즉, 이 호텔은 복도를 중심으로 북쪽편 룸들은 전철 선로와 바로 접해있고, 남쪽편 룸들은 클럽음악소리가 들려옵니다. 어느 룸에 묵든 소음에서 자유로울수가 없는 구조라는 점 예약에 참고하세요.
침구의 청결상태도 상당히 불안해서, 시트색이 누런데다 , 여름철 오래된 세탁기에 빨래 며칠 담가두고 잊어버렸을때나는 그런 냄새가 나요. 더블 침대쪽 매트리스엔 무슨 이상한 얼룩이 있는건지 시트밑에 그 부분만 천이 한장 더 덧대어져 있었는데, 들춰보기 무서워서 덮는이불 깔고 자고, 바스타올을 덮는 이불대신 사용했네요.
이런곳을 호텔이라 부르는것 자체가 믿기어려운 그런 숙박시설이었어요. 빡빡한 일정과 많은 짐 때문에 옮기는게 너무 힘들어서 그냥 며칠 묵었지만, 두번다시 가고 싶지 않습니다. 그나마 꼭 장점을 꼽으라면, 직원분의 친절함과 잃회용품 구비가 잘 되어있는 정도? 그 외엔 모두 아주 최악이었습니다.

タンスの中に前の人のお菓子のゴミが入ってたのを見て、残念に思いました。その他駅近だったり、近くに飲食店、コンビニもあったので行動しやすかったです。
