Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, zona tranquila y muy cerca de restaurantes y de la av paulista! El personal es muy amable, el desayuno estuvo completo!

Location is good but rest was dissappointing.
Pros:

Location. Pizza from the restaurant downstairs was pretty good. Some of the personnel were very friendly.

Cons:

Internet connection was nearly impossible to use. Pool water circulation was not working the whole time i was there. Which is a shame, because the pool area is quite nice. Towels weren’t all that clean. Room could use a new coat of paint.

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação em relação à minha recente hospedagem no H4 La Residence Paulista.

O café da manhã apresentado foi bastante abaixo do esperado. O café estava frio, o pão de queijo queimado, os pães com aspecto murcho e, além disso, a variedade era extremamente limitada — a ponto de causar estranhamento para um hotel localizado na região dos Jardins, em São Paulo. Inclusive, não havia sequer uma estrutura básica, como uma torradeira, para aquecer os alimentos, e o uso de copos descartáveis reforça uma percepção de baixa qualidade no serviço.

Outro ponto relevante foi a ausência de arrumação do quarto durante a estadia, o que compromete diretamente a experiência do hóspede.

De forma geral, o hotel demonstra clara necessidade de manutenção e atualização em sua estrutura e serviços. Considerando a localização privilegiada, a expectativa naturalmente é mais elevada — no entanto, o custo-benefício apresentado foi bastante insatisfatório.

Deixo esse feedback com a intenção de contribuir para melhorias, pois há um evidente desalinhamento entre a proposta do hotel e a experiência efetivamente entregue.
