Great location but needs improvements
Pros:

Fantastic location, big room and great shower.

Cons:

This hotel is quite old and this showed in the room. Some basic repairs are needed. The room also lacked some basic amenities, there was no shower gel or hooks for towels. The staff at check in were not welcoming or helpful, they didn't even tell us the wifi password. Overall it's a great location but I wouldn't return.

Comfortable hotel with good facilities and a convenient location near Avenida Paulista.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable with strong air conditioning, a laptop-sized safe, and plenty of storage space. The facilities were good overall, especially the outdoor pool area which was a nice size with lounge chairs, and the gym was better than some of the other hotels I stayed in. The location was also convenient, just a couple of streets from Avenida Paulista with restaurants and attractions nearby.

Cons:

The check-in process was very strict, so even though I arrived early I had to wait until the official check-in time. Breakfast was fairly limited for my preferences, with many pork and pastry options, and the restaurant pizza I ordered was only average. The TV was a smart TV, but streaming services like YouTube were not available.
