Na verdade, minha insatisfação não se deve ao atendimento durante a estadia, mas pós-estadia. Esqueci um objeto no quarto, tentei contato telefônico para pedir a guarda. O telefone da recepção não atende, apesar das inúmeras tentativas ao longo de vários dias. Coloquei o pedido no aplicativo do booking e não obtive nenhuma resposta.
