Beware before you stay
Pros:

The hotel had roaches in the hallway and in our room. After my husband complained they sent out a letter saying that they are going to fumigate 9pm til 4 am. After the fumigation a roach was on our bed crawling. BEWARE!!! Everyday at the breakfast buffet they tried to charge us for one of the meals. They said only one buffet was free. Really and I registered the room with 2 adults. They need a mosquito net in the bathroom because a lot of insects were getting in. We kept the bathroom door closed and light on. The Wi-Fi the password is only good for 24 hours. The Wi-Fi doesn't reconnect when you come back into the hotel. The elevator is very small and the second one was not in service.

Needs renovations
Pros:

Older resort, needs updates. Wifi was terrible. Key cards needed recoding on a daily basis. Sraff was wonderful. Just needs some updates and work on wifi.

Well-built poorly maintained hotel
Pros:

Well- built hotel but signs of poor maintenance reflected in stains in bathroom and toilets. Housekeeping is poor, food is good, but service lacks professionalism. Julia, the accountant was on point on making refunds on double billing!
