Pros:

Bayside Villa is a great holiday home. Inside the house, you will find everything you need for your holiday. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. John, the owner, is very welcoming and keen to help anytime you need him. Just be mindful that the house is much further from the town than Google Maps shows, as it is on top of the hill. It's around a 30-minute walk. The closest beach is around a 15-minute walk from there, with nice sand and a lot of room to rest; it's just next to the Sandals hotel. We decided to take a ferry to Dominica to spend a few days exploring another island, and John offered to take us to the terminal at 5 AM. Thank you.

Location good but unit needs a freshening up!
Pros:

Location was good but place was a disappointment!

Cons:

Place smelled of a gas leak and gas tank had to be disconnected, aired out before feeling confortable to stay there. Curtains had stains and so was the shower curtain.

Place was very nice. We loved the balcony and spent a lot of time there. Kitchen had all the necessary small appliances.

Property was clean and in convenient location

Cons:

Would have liked more towels and toiletries. Other option maybe a laundry? We stayed a week so laundry would have been helpful

Santa Lucia lohnt sich - das Appartment hat eine tolle Sicht auf Castries
Pros:

Unser Gastgeber John war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zwei Ausflüge mit ihm gebucht. Er hat einen Pick-up der bei diesen Straßen wirklich nötig ist. Viele Schlaglöcher und unbefestigte Straßen. Es lohnt sich aber sehr, das die Insel wundschön ist. John hat uns auch bei der Buchung der Fährtickets geholfen und zum Supermarkt gefahren. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es auch keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Das Appartment liegt abgelegen. Sollte man nur buchen, wenn man Auto hat oder wenn man mit John Ausflüge unternehmen möchte. In der Beschreibung wird der Strand erwähnt. Man läuft ca. 15 Minuten um dann festzustellen, dass man nicht durch die Hotelanlage gehen darf sondern einen Trampelpfad gehen muss, neben einem stinkenden Gewässer. Der Beach ist schön aber es ist nicht möglich eine Liege oder Schirm zu mieten. Das Hotel wollte 200 USD für ein Tagesticket. Wer Badeurlaub machen möchte sollte lieber etwas am Rodney Beach buchen.

Une semaine au paradis
Pros:

John est un hôte qui fera tout son possible pour que votre séjour se passe bien.
La vue sur la baie de Castries est magnifique. Une plage est accessible à quelques minutes à pied. La ville de Castries elle-même est accessible en quelques minutes en bus. Bus qu'on peut prendre juste à côté du logement pour aller où on veut.
L'appartement était très bien équipé et le lit confortables.
Si vous êtes patients les matins et débuts de soirée vous pourrez voir des colibris.

Quite basic but fine for a few days with spectacular views and a great host.
Pros:

The view across Castries was splendid.
John the host is helpful allowing us to stay in the one bedroom apartment as the studio one we felt was too small for us. Issues raised were quickly dealt with and resolved by John.

Cons:

The driving up and down to get to and from the main road is quite nerve wracking until you get used to it. It would be better if a proper road surface was laid.

Created wonderful memories here. Lovely views of the bay and well located to organise trips around island.
Pros:

Lovely location to watch Castries from the comfort of your terrace. Owners on site, friendly and able to assist you getting around the island. Perfect for our stay.
