Molt bona ubicació per visitar Angkor i a 5 min en tuk tuk del centre de Siem Reap.
El servei és un 10: ens han ajudat amb tot sempre (excursions, transfers…) i sempre amb un gran somriure.
Les habitacions són fantàstiques qualitat-preu: amplies, netes i amb tot allò necessari.
La piscina està neta i és molt agradable per relaxar-te després de les visites a temples.
Res. M’hi hauria quedat una setmana més!

Softer mattresses, however, this was the problem (for us anyway) at every hotel we stayed at.

Le bruit des voisins et notamment des enfants qui crient dans la piscine à 7h30 du matin malheureusement l’hôtel n’y est pour rien mais faites respecter le calme nous sommes dans un hôtel

Could have used more power sockets in the room
The Kouprey Hotel is one of the best managed accommodations we have stayed in. From the welcome and attention to detail and making sure our stay is good by Ms Von Yen (front office), to the exceptionally high standard of gardens, building maintenance, sparkling pool, housekeeping and restaurant - one can see the pride and care of the staff. This is one hotel that can not be recommended enough. Thank you, Kouprey, for taking such good care of us!
