Great!
Pros:

The staff is incredible and very helpful. We took a night sleeper bus, checked out at 11am and left our luggage at the hotel. When we came back later to pick it up, they kindly asked if we would like to take a shower before our bus, free of charge. Thank you so much for that!

Pros:

Put simply, the staff are amazing, so helpful and warm. The room was big, the bathroom was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. A big plus is also the swimming pool, after walking for hours in the heat of the temples the pool was great.

Cons:

I would say the location is a bit far from the centre of Siem Reap, but this wasn't an issue for us as we had rented a Moto so this wasn't an issue at all.

Great value for money and attentive staff
Pros:

Spent 10 nights here in February 2026, room on the 1st floor overlooking the quiet neighbourhood, not the pool. It's a simple hotel, but with great value for money. The room, bathroom and balcony were large and clean, the ac worked perfectly, and I loved the firm mattress. The pool was nice, with towels provided. Breakfast was basic, but in line with what you pay. I really appreciated all the staff (reception, restaurant and cleaning) which very always so so kind, efficient and helpful. Wish all of them the best!

Cons:

In my room (1st floor) Internet was very weak but I managed with data connection. The hotel is not central. It is some 3km from riverside/centre so not a short walk. I had a scooter and it was pretty easy to move around , otherwise tuk tuks are always at hand and cheap (approx 2 usd)
