Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber für 1,5$ ist man mit dem Tuktuk in der Stadt.

The staff is great: always willing to help, smiling and paying attention to you, to what you like, ensure you have what you need. You feel really at home.
The welcome drink, the refreshing napkins, the fruits in the room, the room cleaning, the reception and restaurant team, the flexibility of the restaurant in terms of food and having long opening hours

Not a big deal but just some advices for the managment
The AC should be regularly checked as it was a little bit inefficient/half working (however the staff immediately came to check, tried to fix it and brought an additional fan)
Had one issue with the plumbing so should be checked regularly by the maintenance (again the staff came immediately and fix it but it could have been done proactively as the equipment was old)
The room isolation could be improved the doors are to short so the corridor noises are heard well and the AC cold escape the room easily.

The location is a little far from the center (not that far by distance). It's perfect if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay.
Big rooms for an okay price, but definetely not 4 stars. Comfy beds and god wifi.
Bathrooms are quite old and should be renovated. Stained bed linen and towels provided. Pool had milky water and didnt look healthy to swim in. Location is far outside of city centre, but I knew that beforehand.

Hotel in quiet location, a bit far outside of the center of Siem Reap, but I knew that in advance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the included breakfast okay, although more catered towards an asian audience. If you leave early to the temples, it is possible to order breakfast to go. My room was upgraded halfeay through my stay because of noisy guests on my floor.
I really dont know why this is one of the best rated hotels in Siem Reap. The hotel is average at best, the rooms have old furniture, the bathrooms should be renovated and the pool is less than inviting with milky water. The walls have stains, every towel had stains and holes and the AC smelled moldy.
