Crown Sea Apartments

We rented a room for 3 adults. The room had one large bed sufficient for 2, and no place or option even for a folding bed. The bed took up 90% of the room. The person working said she was new and had never seen the rooms, and since it was Saturday afternoon her religious boss will not be available until 8 am on Sunday. Moreover, the tiny room was not clean. Huge disappointment. The room was definitely not like advertised, and inappropriate for 3 people. Very deceiving!

Al momento de llegar, me dijeron que por un error, mi cuarto estaba ocupado y que al día siguiente de me iban a dar una habitación, (ese fin de semana fue el PRIDE en ISRAEL) todos los hoteles estaba llenos. seguramente el dueño reevendio los cuartos por medio de otra pagina de internet, Les dije que habia pasado 20 horas de vuelos para llegar de mexico a Israel y no les importo, tuve que quedarme en un carto del hostal y fueron mis peores días de todo mi viaje. fue como haber estado en una CARCEL

Location amazing. Room ok. Not the cleanest but for the price perfect. Staff pretty horrible. Manager tried to charge us for an extra night, took over an hour for a person to let us in (it was Shabbat but they knew we were coming) and the hallway is a very strong flowery smell that will make ur nose burn. But even with all these items I would still go back bc the location and price are amazing.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience in this property, as they didn’t honor the original booking forcing me to find a last minute alternative for the first out of 3 nights. Due to some supposed confusion, my studio room was given to someone else and I was offered to instead sleep in a bunk bed in a shared room with shared bathroom, in very poor condition and without even a locker to store my personal items. I had to find a different place to sleep the first night and manage to get the studio for the other 2 nights (would have cancelled and looked for something else for the whole stay but most other places were fully booked and prices were 4 times higher than my booking). I actually confirmed the reservation and arrival time with the property the day before, but obviously this didn’t help.

The studio was small and of low quality. On the other hand, the location is excellent, just steps away from the beach. The receptionist Mao was very friendly and did his best to help me during this undesired situation.

However, i would never consider staying here again and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone else.

I made a note to the property that we are arriving late in the night but by the time we arrived, the reception was already closed. I tried calling their number but no answer. It was already close to midnight and it was dark and cold outside. We had no choice but to book to a nearby hotel.

I then contacted them again in the morning to confirm that we are continuing our stay only to be told that they can no longer accommodate us as they are fully booked and they have given our room to someone else. I asked to speak to the manager, but that receptionist said even the manager won't be able to do anything. They said they will look for a room in a different apartment, but I didn't see that happen as they never got back to us.

It was so unfair and unacceptable on our part (plus the fact that I am pregnant and stressed with no place to stay in the middle of the night) as they made no effort to communicate with us or tell us in advance that our booking was disregarded for no reason at all. Avoid at all cost!

They didn’t have our room ready even we arriving in the morning next day.

bonne situation géographique seul point positif, pour le reste sale, vétuste, pas de ménage du tout, draps mal ajustés au matelas, placard abimé, fourmis, ampoule clignotante etc... à fuir

Ich habe eine Übernachtung nach einer Hochzeit in Tel Aviv gesucht. Ich würde diese Location empfehlen, die liegt wirklich super nah am Strand und gleichzeitig zentral in Tel Aviv.
Das Personal Vorort ist sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich fand es super, dass mir ein late Check out gewährt wurde, so konnte ich am Tag der Abreise bis 12h das Zimmer kostenfrei nutzen. Sogar Kaffee und Milch wurde mir beim Check in mit gegeben und so kann man sich den ersten Kaffee am Morgen selbst zubereiten.
Ich würde aber immer die nächst größere Zimmer Kategorie wählen, so passt das superior Studio besser für zwei Personen, es ist geräumig und damit bequemer. Es hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Bügelbrett ( das brauchte ich jetzt nicht) und einen richtig guten Föhn! Die Aussicht ist entweder zur Straße oder zum seitlichen Innenhof. Ich finde das spielt keine Rolle, das Haus befindet sich wenige Meter vom Stand und besser kann man in Tel Aviv nicht positioniert sein, es sei denn man hält nach 5 Sterne Aufenthalt Ausschau.
Dieses kleine Hotel hat alles, was es braucht und ist sauber gehalten. Es könnte etwas mehr Ablageflächen im Bad geben, aber alles in allem ist ein absolut empfehlenswertes Haus, welches ich wieder wähle bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Tel Aviv.

God beliggenhet like ved stranden. Svært god standard på rom. Nyoppusset og fint. Hotellet er mye finere på innsiden enn på utsiden! Rimelige priser i forhold til beliggenheten. Minikjøkken på rommet, slik at man kan lage frokost og enkle måltider selv. Avslappet atmosfære.

É um conjunto de apartamentos em um amontoado de casas onde se tem hotel, apart hotel e hostel tudo junto. Sem estacionamento. Perto da praia.

My mother and I had an excellent stay at the Crown Sea Apartments in Tel Aviv. Check in and check out were flaweless and communication with the host was very friendly. The Apartments is conveniently located just right at the beach. Especially the rooms where spacious enough and clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. Would definately plan to come again! Super Lage! Einzig störend ist die „Beduftung“ in der Rezeption und im Zimmer! Sonst gibts nichts zu meckern! Gerne wieder

Удобное расположение, номер после ремонта, очень чисто и уютно. Уборка проводилась каждый день с пополнением средств гигиены и бакалейной продукцией. Приветливый персонал.

Redeeming factor is the great location. Minor negatives include misinformation regarding checking time (2pm not 24 hours), double bed was 2 single beds pushed together, doors provide extremely minimal soundproofing, air-conditioning unit pushed out lots of dust when turned on, lack of functioning windows, old dirty mattresses. Negatives somewhat offset by relatively low cost for the area and location.
