Pros:

I think that the hotel rooms are over price. For the flowing. 1 is no cable TV channels only 5 channels three locals and two internationals
2. The morning breakfast is not much too eat
3. The quality of food is very poorly.
4. The shower head was with very little pressure
5. The ac was very nicely
6. No hangers to hang your clothes.

Pros:

Check in was speedy and painless! The front desk gruddly assisted with printing my travel documents. The front door was brooken out, half the items in the menu were not present, the pool table didn't work, and no airport transportation. The staff were very accommodating with meals and luggage.

the hotel was well located and I had very good view of the environment from my room, which was spacious and clean. The staff were very good all of them and the restaurant area was very lovely especially if you like eating outside.

Have stayed here three times now and find it very convenient.
Staff are always friendly and the rooms are comfortable.
The buffet breakfast is adequate while not outstanding but am happy to have a nice relaxing breakfast there.
Other meals in the hotel are fine.
Will no doubt stay there again next time i visit.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the redecoration of the rooms.

I didn't like signing into Wifi every day: this was tedious and the wifi was very slow at times.

Nice hotel but not if you're a breakfast fan
Pros:

Paloma Hotel is a nice hotel it has all one needs such as a restaurant/ bar plus a seperate sports bar, the rooms are fine and very clean with decent bathroom and shower. My only complaint is, although there seems to be many staff around who are all very pleasant, i found the service very slow in the restaurant, although the sports bar staff were very accommodating and friendly. The worst part of my stay was the abysmal breakfast, it really was awful which really lets down what is a perfectly decent hotel to stay in.
