Gutes Hotel in schöner Lage mit sehr gutem Restaurant und Wellness Bereich

Super Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage, ordentlicher Wellness-Bereich, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt, sehr freundliches Personal. Außerdem ein ausgezeichnetes Hundehotel, bei dem auch an den vierbeinigen Begleiter gedacht wird mit vielen kleinen Details!

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel mit schönem Spa mit freundlichem Personal in schöner Lage.
Pros:

Das Servicepersonal, besonders der Empfang war superfreundlich. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, es macht Spaß hier zu saunieren. Auch der Außenbereich lädt im Sommer sicher zum Verweilen ein (wir waren an Weihnachten bei Schnee dort). Unmittelbar vor dem Hotel laufen Wanderwege vorbei. Wäre die Erfahrung im Restaurant nicht so schlecht gewesen, würden wir wiederkommen.

Cons:

Wir hatten explizit über Weihnachten inkl. Abendessen gebucht. Leider war wohl überbucht, denn in das Restaurant durften nur Gäste, welche das Menü gebucht hatten. Wir und ein anderes Paar (hatten von der Abendkarte) wurden recht ruppig in den ungeheizten und somit kalten Frühstücksaal verfrachtet, trotz Widerspruch. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht geheizt, wir wurden auch nicht ins Restaurant geholt, als Plätze frei waren. So hatten wir uns den Heiligabend nicht vorgestellt.
Wir hatten unser Anliegen über die super hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption bei der Geschäftsleitung vorgebracht, aber leider nie den versprochenen Rückruf erhalten.
