I liked the proximity to the hospital.
I don’t like getting the run around when requesting an invoice for my stay. I requested it upon checkout and was told to contact booking.com. I’ve requested twice since then and have still not received this. The stay was for medical appointments due to cancer and can be reimbursed by insurance if I can get the invoice for it. I’ve never had a property give me this kind of headache before. There’s a good chance despite the location and cleanliness that I will not rebook here because of this.

Staff often difficult to locate, but friendly. Why do you charge for internet? I travel a lot and have never had to do that! Something to think about

Breakfast good but the sausage gravy was cold that was disappointing. We ate at 6:10am. Other than that all was good.
I really liked the location, the smell, it smelt so good and the breakfast was great.
The bathtub drainage was semi clogged hence bathing was a bit stressful because we had to wait a while before we could take turns to have our bath. Also the coditioner bottle was empty, other than that, every thing else was fine.
