La limpieza
The room was spacious, quiet from street noise and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable; location was great.
While it appeared that there was heat available in the building, it was never turned on. Our room was very cold, and there were no space heaters available. The only thing they could offer us were extra blankets. Additionally, there were problems with the wifi, as well as thin walls between rooms.

Hôtel impersonnel mais confortable et moderne
The location is excellent the staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast is delicious. The bed was comfortable and everything is very clean. The Wi-Fi was strong and the television actually pulls in many stations in English.
I would give this hotel a 10 all across the board except that there is absolutely no heat in this building. I understand the climate makes it to where you can get by without it. Yeah you can get by but you will be cold in January when I was there.
I picked this hotel because I thought a high quality chain like this would at least have heating. They advertise climate control. Silly me I thought that would include heating. No small individual heaters were available.
When you sit downstairs and eat the delicious breakfast you have to wear winter clothes. If you don't eat fast your food will get cold. You would think they would at least heat that room.
They moved me to a southern facing window which allowed the room to be heated by the Sun. By shutting the blinds tightly once the sun started to go down I could retain enough heat to be very comfortable throughout the night.
Again, I love this hotel I stayed seven nights. Most of the time air conditioning is needed and that really works.
My only issue with this hotel was the lack of heat!
There isn’t much to criticize. The rooms are nice and spacious, the staff are very personable and helpful. The amenities are adequate for a business-type hotel in the city center. The only two issues I had were the breakfast… it was awful. Even the orange juice was watered down and the coffee tased like it was leftover from the day before. The other issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower. I’m not sure they can do much about the latter, but please work on the former. I do recommend this hotel. I would just plan on skipping the breakfast. There are numerous options within just a couple of blocks.
