C'était très agréable!
Pros:

Hôtel passable pour un soir.
Pros:

Bons matelas, grandeur de l appartement. Bons repas au resto de l hôtel et services courtois.

Cons:

Accueil froid à l hôtel, appartement vieillot, coulisses, taches sur murs et portes, moulures brisées etc. , vue derrière de commerces. Un soir, c est assez !

A Total Disgrace!!
Pros:

The only positive thing about our entire stay was „Jason“ at the front desk. He greeted everyone with a smile and when I mentioned to him the issues we were having with the toilet not flushing, shower either boiling hot or freezing cold, tap switching off after 3 seconds, he moved us to another room.

Cons:

The ladies at the front desk were completely helpless and rude. When we walked in, the lady didn‘t even look at us, say hello or ask us our names, she simply said „credit card please“.
No breakfast included in the price, no housekeeping. We were given a quarter roll of toilet paper. Floors were absolutely filthy, as was the bathroom.
TV volume couldn‘t be adjusted, serious plumbing issues, no coffee cups available with the coffee machine, tabletops covered in a thick layer of dust….. I could go on and on……
I grew up in Dalhousie and left there when I was 17. The hotel is a reflection of the social degradation I saw all around. Very sad. This hotel desperately needs leadership….
