Perfect time in perfect hotel .. great thanks to beautiful Petra

It was our anniversary and we had amazing time it was our second time to visit the hotel .
And great thanks to Petra the best and most beautiful receptionist who made our holiday amazing thanks to her great effort and kind heart .. she arranged the room we wanted .. and left us surprise there .. start from decorating the bed for us to wine and fruits and amazing beautiful letter from her .. and she was helpful during all our stay .. the hotel is amazing .. very close to the beach and the bus stop right outside the hotel .. and also super market one step away from the hotel .. amazing food .. I visit ayia napa 16 times .. and so far this is the best hotel that can offer good quality food that meets all different tasts .. thank you Petra .. thank you river rock hotel for amazing holiday

For once again we leave very very happy from this hotel
Pros:

This is the third time we are coming back to the hotel and we keep staying extremely happy.
From polite and extremely helpful staff,
To the amazing and huge breakfast buffet, to the cleanliness and the big rooms we always leave with very good opinions.

What we liked most was the fact that the hotel had prepared a plate of fruit upon our arrival and a mice note thanking ua for being back. This is an extremely important move showing that they are well aware of their customers and of course this is something that was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

One very very minor thing that dis not bother us but might be an issue to some people.
The hotel hosts a lot of younger people who are loud especially at the pool area.

Excellent stay at the hotel, which I had used once before.
Pros:

Very good breakfast with many choices. Pool area is fantastic, not overcrowded and possible to get a sunbed even in the middle of the day.

Cons:

Onsite parking is only made for smaller cars and quite hard to find the parking entrance on a one-way street. Quite a distance to go around if missing.
After talking to staff, could use their neighbour property parking.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Excellent location. Everything is super clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fabulous and far exceeds what you would expect at a 3 star hotel. The pool area is clean and relaxing, music and excellent choices of drinks and food to be ordered. Overall highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Cons:

The bed is too soft and the pillows too hard - but this is only our personal preference.
