Голям, просторен плаж.

Cons:

При храната се залага на количество, не на вкус и качество. Стаята беше доста малка като за 3 легла. Имаше мухъл в банята, завесата на душа беше захабена. Парапетът на терасата беше наполовина счупен, и го разбрахме, след като детето увисна на него.

Pros:

Хотелът е на брега на морето. Страхотна гледка. Хубав ресторант с добра храна. Басейните са чисти и места за плажуване има за всички гости.

Cons:

Малко стара мебелировка в стаите, но е чисто.

Locatie excelenta, langa plaja, Plaja foarte frumoasa, cu nisip fin si foarte curata, sezlonguri in pretul cazarii. Statiunea draguta, cu multa vegetatie.

Cons:

Hotel slab intretinut, destul de murdar pe jos, atat pe langa piscina, cat si in restaurant, necesita intretinere si reparatii.

Mobilier vechi, scurgerea de la dus prost gândită (baltea apa in baie dupa dus), restaurant pe plajă era de fapt la hotel, piscina mica si adâncă (copiii au folosit piscina de la Arrabela Hotel), snack bar saracacios

Ne-am deconectat si distrat frumos si sanatos.
Pros:

Mic dejun bun pentru toate gusturile si toate varstele.
Varietate mare de produse si preparate diversificate.
Am avut un serviciu de housekeeping in persoana dl Dewa PUTU Wirawan profesionist si supersimpatic.
Sincer as dori ca acest baiat sa reuseasca in indeplinirea visurilor sale.
PS era sa uit de personalul de la receptie -superamabili si profesionisti.

Sincer nu-mi amintesc.
Am o memorie selectiva in concediu imi amintesc doar lucrurile bune.
Daca puteti puneti afise cu incurajarea turistilor sa utilizeze scarile la urcare si la coborare in timpul zilei le-ati da un indemn foarte bun de a investi in sanatate prin miscare.
Am vazut tineri care utilizau liftul si carora mersul pe scara le-ar fi facut foarte bine la silueta/sanatate.

Slowly degradation
Pros:

The hostess at the restaurant, the "captain" bartender and the Asian cleaning or serving personnel were great.

Cons:

There is a slow but constant yearly degradation of the location: the outside grill is not always operating ( in June it was off, now it was operating) but the opening hours for the outside food court now doesn't match, so if you take a grill they don't serve you even a slice of bread or salad until 3 pm, so you have to go with the stampede people in the buffet. But the personnel there was always sour, so no big surprise, but at least some self service should be available while the grill is on. In the evening at the bars the personnel is off a long time after 10 pm, letting you unable to order, but they close at 23:00 or 24:00 exactly, no last orders. There are no longer prepared sandwiches at bar, fresh orange juice in the morning. Generally the newer local hired personnel don't care about the tourists.

Pros:

The hotel is very well located on the beach. The beach was very clean as was the water. The bar was located between the beach and the pool, the food was varied and tasty. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The shower and toilet smelled very bad.

The parking fee at the entrance to the resort is very expensive 15 euros / day

Sehr schöner Urlaub – abwechslungsreiches, gutes Essen und ein sauberer Strand mit klarem Wasser
Pros:

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, sehr abwechslungsreich und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Auch die Getränke waren sehr gut. Der Strand war sauber und die gesamte Anlage angenehm ruhig. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal im Restaurant und an den Bars – alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel der gehobenen Mittelklasse zuzuordnen und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider nicht ganz so freundlich wie wir es erwartet hätten. Insgesamt war aber auch hier alles in Ordnung.
