Pros:

Un hotel foarte frumos, camere foarte mari, mic dejun variat, cina cu mancare foarte buna. Personal foarte cald si primitor. Chiar am avut o situatie cu rezervarea, vina a fost a mea, au rezolvat omediat.

Храната е прекрасна и разнообразна. Стаята е голяма и уютна, има всичко необходимо - кафемашина, котлони, хладилник, телевизор, душ-кабина и вана, отделна тоалетна. Има халати за спа-центъра.Гледката от терасата е чудесна. Водата в басейна е топла, сауната, парната баня и колдариума допълват удоволствието от престоя. Бих използвала услугите на хотела винаги, щом имам възможност.

Посещаваме хотела за пореден път, както винаги всичко беше прекрасно.
Изключително чисто навсякъде, любезен и дискретен персонал, винаги усмихнати и готови да съдействат.
Храната - отлична, басейните чисти, топло и уютно.
За стаите е ясно- няма какво да се желае повече,снабдени са с всичко необходимо,включително- 2 хладилника,котлони,допълнителна тоалетна и с морският изглед преживяването си струваше цената!
Благодарим за всичко, ще посещаваме хотела отново и отново!

Прекрасен начин да прекараш релаксиращ зимен СПА-уикенд.
Pros:

Изключителната чистота, която персоналът поддържа. Стаята беше много добре климатизирана и отоплена. Купата с плодове и кафемашината с капсули в стаята са приятен детайл, който ни накара да се почувстваме като у дома. Храната в ресторанта беше много вкусна, разнообразна и добре приготвена, с наличие на пресни плодове. Наличието на разнообразна музикална програма по време на вечерите в ресторанта допринесе до още по-приятна атмосфера.
Целият персонал в ресторанта, бара и рецепция беше усмихнат, любезен и отзивчив.
СПА-центърът е чудесен - с прекрасно работещи парна баня и сауна, и чист басейн с джакузи. Масажистът също е много добър - масажите са прекрасни.
Включеният достъп до закрития басейн с минерална вода и полуолимпийски размери ни осигури възможност да поплуваме до насита.

O opțiune f.buna chiar si iarna.
Pros:

Am fost impresionați ca un hotel atat de mare funcționează atât de bine chiar si în extrasezon când turiștii sunt rari. Tot personalul a fost profi, curățenia exemplara, spa-ul a funcționat impecabil. Cei cativa turiști din hotel s-au simțit speciali la cina orientala pentru ca au avut parte de un spectacol și meniu diversificat cu nuanțe libaneze.

Cons:

Micul dejun la farfurie ar fi putut fi mai complet, eventual cu ceva preparate calde, fructe sau dulciuri.
