No booking
Pros:

We prepaid using expedia. When we arrived they told us that our booking was non-existent. They made us go to another hotel and paid again. We tried to get a written confirmation of the non-existen booking and by magic the duty manager was out always despite several attemps.

Pros:

This hotel showed us to be a great value for money. The location was excellent, near to many markets. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very friendly too. Everyone speaks & understands English perfectly. FREE WI-FI was a plus point of this hotel. Clean rooms & bathroom with plenty of hot shower. You feel as if you are at your home making it a homely atmosphere and you are treated like family. Very affordable and near to many tourist attractions of bodhgaya.

Excellent hotel, can't wait to return.
Pros:

Excellent service and accommodations. The staff is very friendly and they anticipated our needs and were very attentive to detail. Location was great, safe and near all the main attractions of the city. The room was very spacious with great beds, linens and towels. I enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely coming back.

Away from the crowd.
Pros:

Location, peaceful, plenty of greenery, an oasis away from the bedlam and noise. Excellent service from well trained staff.
