We hired 3 x room, 2 of the front rooms was quite noise and smell of food from street vendors from 5am. However, the hotel deserves a good pass mark for the effort it put on, in overall.

Good location, convenient walking distance for food. Room is big and clean but super noisy traffic all day and night. You can also hear your neighbors when they closed door and talking outside. Cannot sleep.

Improvement for property: Install double pane doors and windows to prevent traffic noise and people talking, then this hotel would be a great place to stay.

First, the customer service is terrible (there is no welcome smile since check in till check out). Hotel is sharing with a shipping and transportation company hence it's very noisy and messy. There are lots of street beggars around the hotel causing a very unsafe feelings every time I go out. Elevator is not working hence I have to using the stairs from 5th floor. In general, it's terrible mistake to stay at this hotel. Luckily, I only stay one night and it's already a nightmare.

Reasonably new hotel centrally located in Chau Doc. Efficient courteous helpful check in. Ticketed (no charge) parking nearby. Room simple, clean, uncluttered with standard amenities. Good lighting and A/C. Bathroom on small side. No dining room breakfast offered.

Near to the market, every thing good , will come back.

Mostly good but the restaurant was atrocious.no service,bad food and a contemtuous attitude. After Vietnamese left they turned air conditioning off. I had to insist they turn it back on. I complained to reception tried to say a problem with the air. Rating z-

Vom Empfang mit freundlicher Begrüßung zur Ausstattung und Lage des Zimmers gab es absolut nichts zu meckern. Das Frühstück habe ich verpasst weil ich schon davor in die Mangroven gefahren bin

街の中心地にありロケーションは大変良かった。
フロントの男性はまだしも、女性は２名いるが、おしゃべりばかりして、挨拶もなかった。
朝食はパンや麺など、簡単な料理をメニューから選ぶ方式だった。
部屋は広くてきれいで快適だった。

I stayed at several hotels in Vietnam at a similar price point, this one was probably the nicest. Clean, modern furnishings, great lighting, awesome bathroom.

Chambre propre et confortable, personnel en général bête et un étranger qui s’est trompé de chambre est entré dans la notre avec sa clé, disons que cela réveille mal.
