Exceptional property to enjoy KW
Pros:

The lush gardens were beautiful & relaxing! We enjoyed the warm pool immensely! Rooms were comfortable, quaint and very homey! Kitchens very usable & make it easy to relax on property

Cons:

Being an older building, the walls are thin & floors a little creaky! Pretty good location proximate to Duval, but be ready to walk lots

I would stay there again.
Pros:

The suite was roomy and well laid out. The bed was comfortable. The pool looked very nice but due to cold cold weather we weren’t able to use it. The property was very nice and in a great location.

Cons:

The bathroom was crazy and old. The pedestal sink was low the only place to put toiletries was on the other side of the room. The toilet was also low and the toilet paper holder was on the wall at the back of the toilet where it was hard to reach.

Great property in Key West
Pros:

Often stay here and we love it especially location. Beautiful property and grounds

Cons:

Room smelled very humid which wasn’t great. I always carry spray with me thank goodness.

Pros:

From our check in to check out Island City House is perfect. Quietly tucked away in a between beautiful gardens, this lovely oasis is walkable to everything. The verandah seating is great for your morning coffee or after a long day glass of wine. Housekeeping is lovely, she greeted me each morning with a welcome. The bed is amazing! This is our go to stay with easy access to and from Key West Express and our favorite harbor walk restaurants.

Lovely stay on a beautiful property.
Pros:

I found the hotel grounds absolutely lush and beautiful. Everything is well taken care of. The room was larger than I expected from the picture, with a little kitchen area, living area & bedroom. The property had a nice pool but no sauna as was advertised. They did not provide breakfast but gave you a $5 voucher per person per stay (not per day) to a good little bakery down the road. We got a pretty good deal (around $300 per night) but at the higher prices I've seen since then, breakfast included would be nice, as so many other bed & breakfasts around the area offer it. They also have bikes available to rent (can't remember the cost), which is convenient for KW. A beautiful property & nice stay overall.

This place is charming with all the amenities, a great staff and great location.
Pros:

This property is adorable. There is the requisite pool but also a sweet garden area with a koi pond and lush greenery. There are plenty of outdoor places to sit and chill alone or with friends. The room had everything including a toaster, I love that! The staff was so nice on every encounter. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the good stuff.

Cons:

The only upgrade I would consider is keyless entry.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Location, outside porch off the back, nice pool.

Cons:

Flight of steep stairs going up to room which was tough for seniors….no fault of the owners. Booking oversight on our part. Not enough lighting in kitchen area, very dark in the morning.
Coffee pods were espresso which we don’t care for.

Pros:

Tropical landscapes were wonderful. Clean room, bathroom grout clean and white, new tile. Nice towels. Staffers very nice and efficient

Cons:

Very poor lighting over bathroom sink, which was very small. No free coffee/breakfast outside to connect with other guests. Room was very musty upon arrival. Had to open door to air out
