Eco Express Hotel Zamora

Very very clean, they change the sheets every day, very good service, good location. For me it's one of the best hotels in Zamora.

It's centrally located, and CDC guidelines are enforced and respected.

Es buen hotel de paso, limpio, ordenado, minimalista, bastante practico, tiene estacionamiento dentro del establecimiento el cual no recomiendo por lo apretado que están los cajones, fuera del hotel hay disponibles a pie de calle, esos me gustaron mas.

En frente hay BBVA, oxxos comida, etc., tienes de todo.

Muy limpio lugar y su personal muy amable me gustaría volver otra vez

La relación precio-beneficio esta bien, lo malo es que todo el tiempo te quedas sin internet.
La Srita de la recepción súper mal encarada, no le pareció que hiciera mi reservación a través de Hoteles.com, se enojó porque hice la reserva por la página y me dejó esperando en la recepción un buen rato, hasta que le dije que si quería yo le pasaba el número de reservación y casualmente ya le apareció.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. Price of stay was very cheap; the room vas very clean. It is relatively centrally located and accessible to all other services: food vendors were just across the street, bank on the opposite side of the street, oxxo down the block, pharmacy was within the same block. Downtown and all its attractions were within short walking distance.The only negative thing that comes to mind, it’s on one of the main avenues and traffic gets loud late at night and very busy in early morning and evening. Overall, it was great and I think I’d stay there again, if needed.

Very clean and comfortable bedroom mattresses. There was vary little noise in the premises.

El hotel está bien para un día o máximo dos, las habitaciones tienen buenas camas, pero se fue el agua porque se descompuso la bomba aunque lo arreglaron en unas horas, después cuando iba en el elevador Derrepente se apago y volvió a encender cuando le pique como pude a un botón ya que estaba en total oscuridad, y al momento de querer bañarme el agua salió sucia casi negra por unos minutos incluyendo en el baño y el lavamanos. También cuando reserve se promocionaba con desayuno incluido y al parecer eso solo es en guadalajara y yo me hospedé en Zamora. El personal es educado,

The service was excellent from Sara and the hotel and rooms were very clean !

No encontraban nuestra reservación y nos dieron una habitación muy fea sin ventana al exterior.

Our family booked a three (3) night stay at this hotel, which was recommended to us by a family member. it is a nice clean room with two full size beds. First thing we noticed in both rooms was:

1. The difficulty in flushing the toilets as the buttons for flushing are really, really hard, so hard that the male in our group had to press down on the buttons for us in two separate rooms.
2. The TV did not work right, we had to exhange the remote twice before we could turn the TV on and even then, the TV would not turn off unless we removed the electronic key in the room to turn everything off.

That being said, there were no "DO NOT DISTRUB SIGNS" that we could put on our doors for both rooms and when we requested them, we were told to "look for the hangers" in our room by the reception desk. We NEVE found the signs.

For the first three (3) nights that we we're there, housekeeping went into both rooms and cleaned them. Our issue with that wat he fact that housekeepng was moving our stuff and gong into our suitcases to put things back into them, ie; pillows, make upcases , jewelry...etc.

We did ask the front desk to let housekeeping know to please not touch our things, but it continued.

After our original first booking of the three (3) nights, we ended up booking two more nights, due to change in travel plans. We paid for both nights and it was charged to the reit card right away. On our 1st night of our second booking, there was no internet service available thorughout the hotel. We had to take three exams and for one of us, we nedeed to get reports for work out. We tried for over four (4) hours to get service. The reception desk was helpful to a certain degree. They informed us that the engineer was not coming in until the next day and that they couldnt bther him after hours. We were given different passwords and told that certain floors had better better internet reception. We even asked to be transferred to different rooms (at our expense) but never heard back. Needless to say, we lost testing and grades and one of us was severly reprimanded for not turning in the work on time

We decided to leave the hotel and look for a different place. We notifired reception to please cancel our last night there and to please only charge us for the one night. We were informed by the reception desk that the General Manager denied our request and that we would be charged for the both nights. We asked to speak to the GM adn he said that the internet servie was a free service (like the coffee, which by the way, there is NONE provided, even though our booking said they offered free breakfast as well) and that there would be no refund. When we told him that we would be writing FOUR (4) reviews about the service, he yelled back that if we did that, he would make sure that we would not be able to book hotels in ALL of Mexico City, let alone ge discounts if we tried, we aksed him what kind of discounts they had offered us, as we had paid full price for the bookings, he started yelling again about what he could do to us. At that point, we put the phone and let him keep talking. We received a call about an hour later from one of the receptonist, saying that we would be getting reimbursed for one night. We are still wating to get our reimbursement.

I would NOT recommend this hotel and their services at all.

Solo hubo algunas personas que llegaron haciendo mucho ruido y hablando muy fuerte que me despertó durante la madrugada

No habia agua caliente y el aire acondicionado no servia
