Very clean and spacious.
No restaurant
Close to airport and car hire
My third stay here, as it's fairly convenient to where I need to go. Toaster in room is helpful.
Billy the maintenance/housekeeping is lovely
The reception manager, Eliana is, frankly, pretty awful. She left a sour taste in my mouth and sullied my stay. My poor rating is lately due to my experience of her. She is rude, abrupt and unkind. Definitely in the wrong job.
Poor and very little sleep in part because I was woken up in the middle of the night because the tv turned on by itself. Super annoying.
Curtains were insufficient to block enough light from the carpark lights.
Pubic hair on the bed, right by the pillow. So gross. Blanket smelt and had masses of what appeared to be dog hair on it.
Scum in the shower that was so thick it danced with the water.
Photo of room is misleading. There was no dishwasher.
Have to move bedside table to be able to charge phone.
Disgusting and overwhelming strong fragrance in foyer, reception, lifts, and entire ground floor.
A member of housekeeping entered my room when I had the "do not disturb" sign, and the "please don't clean my room" sign on the door, waking me up, and continuing to walk further into the room, even as I sprung out of bed in shock in my underwear. What is the point of having these signs if some housekeeping pay no notice of them?
I would not stay here again
I would not stay here again.
Rachel was so welcoming when we arrived at reception! The room was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. I was surprised being at a busy intersection how quiet it was. We could see the Melbourne skyline from our window, but we’re close to the airport for our morning flight. Although there are no restaurants within walking distance, the hotel offers a food truck, as well as a variety of meals that it can be microwaved in your room. It also offers drinks and snacks for purchase. As we had no car It was nice to just hunker down for the night with amenities on site.
Although we had requested twin beds, we did ended up with a king and a not so great sleep. Also, the shuttle bus only runs once an hour on the half hour and the driver did not offer to help load our suitcases as it was raining. Leave yourself a little extra time because the shuttle does not drop you at the domestic or international terminal and you must find your way there from the drop off point.
Arrived in Melbourne after a 36 hour flight and the car park attendant suggested Quest Apartments. Great choice. Very quiet with an 11am checkout.
It was good though would have preferred closer to the airport.. transport was very accessible
Very clean and comfortable, staff were fantastic and very friendly,10 minute drive to the airport, coffee truck out the front was fantastic.
All was good!
Convenient sand very clean
Parking on Booking.com says it is included but it is not - not the first time at this site - first time they refunded but not this time - this could be an issue on the Booking .com site perhaps
Everything was great!! And super handy having laundry facilities in the bathroom.
If I could pick one thing, it would be to suggest a couple of bottles of water in the fridge.
Very close the the airport, comfy bed with chromcast and a handy kitchenette with some supplies in the reception, they also had nice goodies on the reception and free access to washing machines and dryer
One of the dryers doesn’t work properly so we wasted an hour trying to dry our clothes before we swapped machines
The Quest is close to areas that I visit when I am in Melbourne so very convenient. When I travel with my dog I have a place to stay.
I have stayed previously and his is the first time after staying that I had to pay for parking $17. The accommodation for 2 rooms was costly I thought and to extra for parking I thought was not necessary.
