Pros:

Very friendly staff. Effortless and on time shuttle to the airport. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchenette

Cons:

Further from the airport than we expected but not a big deal as the shuttle was very efficient.

The hotel is far away from the city with no restaurants close by.
Pros:

There is a free hotel shuttle to take us from the airport to the hotel.

Cons:

1. There are no restaurants around the hotel. There is a food truck outside the hotel and frozen TV dinner for purchase at the hotel lobby.
2. I need to go to the airport at 8 am on January 24 the hotel shuttle was unavailable.
3. The hotel room was not made up on January 23. I returned to the hotel late on January 23. No housekeeping was available to provide clean towels. I have to get clean towels from the receptionist in the morning of January 24.
4. The front desk initially refused to let me check in at 11:30 am and wanted to charged me AUD $ 60 for early check in. I have communicated with the hotel that I would arrive early but have received confirmation for early check in. The front desk later let me check in at 1 pm.

Pros:

Situated conveniently near Melbourne Airport is this modern hotel with very clean rooms & areas plus airport shuttle. All these will not hit your pocket badly. Front Desk staff offer great customer service . Offers of “cook it yourself” breakfast foods are conveniently cheap and are available as one can easily prepare/cook through mini kitchens in the rooms. My go to hotel whenever travelling.

Cons:

Read the fine print. Did not realize it was a Public Holiday. Apparently Airport shuttles are not offered by hotel in such periods. Had to walk a long way to get an Uber which also shoots up in price during Public Holidays. Further, Airport rules require that Ubers that enter areas of pick up in the Airport are required to pay a hefty fee chargeable to the customer. On arrival to hotel on a Heatwave Day, there is no Swimming Pool to cool in. I’m not blaming the hotel which is why I am giving them a 100% review.
