Excellent convenient option for regional travellers.
Pros:

Huge room, close to airport, friendly staff, the car parking facilities made everything super easy, the coffee van in the very early morning was amazing !

Cons:

Couldn’t fault too much at all.

Very disappointed at both the cost and the actual condition of the room at the property.
Cons:

No restaurant - television needed to be set up and relinked every time it was turned on. Also, only free to air stations. I found a couple of flees when I entered my room. Terribly disappointed. Certainly not worth the money I paid for the room. Sticky floor tiles near the kitchen sink area. Instead of receiving a King size bed I received a room with 2 single beds pushed together.

Ideal for an overnight stay if one has to stay overnight for a very early flight out of MEL.
Pros:

The staff was was responsive, friendly and very accommodating. The room was actually a small apartment with a living room, small kitchen and all. While it is in a fairly isolated location, it was easy to get a shared ride to/from the airport even having to check-out at 4am (and not at all expensive).

Cons:

Not my case, but if one is staying over the day, there doesn't to be much one can do besides staying in the room. given the location. I'm not sure how one would deal with lunch/dinner for instance, though they have a food truck onsite (which I could not check out).

A good stay with friendly staff and good facilities just found it noisey through the night.
Pros:

Great location to the airport, great food from the food van and the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Very noisy through the night. Doors slamming and every time someone flushed the toilet in a floors above a suction noise woke me up.

Efficient, clean, comfortable airside stay
Pros:

Location to hire car drop and airport; excellent and efficient check in. Comfortable clean room with good amenities. Communal laundry room useful. Some vending items on site and alcohol sold. Catering van outside for dinners Monday-Wednesday service. Great shower, pressure and heat. Kitchen was well equipped.
Would chose this chain again.

Cons:

Only one tumble dryer working during our stay.
Chargeable parking; free parking on equatable properties. At room rate should be inclusive.
TV didn’t seem to allow live TV access only streaming; we don’t have this option.

Annoyed and not a happy customer
Pros:

This is a very new modern clean place to stay, we’ve stayed here many times when travelling overseas we even left our car here once and paid to park while away, but never before have we ever been charged to park for staying the night in these last few years however after paying nearly $350 for one nights accommodation when your checking in at almost 10pm but must be out by 10am so less than 12 hrs stay we were told yes you paid for your room when booking but you now owe us an extra $17 per night to park your car here. No more stay and free parking while in these last few motel it’s now $17 to park each night you stay. When this is a huge hotel and lot I find this a massive money grab. We counted 71 cars there last night at $17 each that’s a massive $1,207.00 extra revenue for an already very overpriced accomodation site. Way cheaper motel that let you park free whilst staying and a quest hotel as well on Mickleham Rd way better option which I’ve also stayed many times and will be from now on.

Cons:

Paying to park on a private motel carpark.
Staying in the city we’ve paid to park in Wilson private car parks undercover either very close or accompanying the hotel so it’s understandable but not paying this when the price is already jacked up to the hilt at a private motel outside and onsite carpark.
