Pros:

Great room and a comfy bed. Good and easily accessible location with parking in a closed lot behind the hotel. Friendly staff.

Aircon was too noisy to use. Bed sheets were dirty and there is no insulation in the walls, super noisy at night.

Comfortable, all we needed to attend an event close by.
Pros:

Central location.

Cons:

That multiple cars per room could use the car park, leaving no guarantee there’d be other spaces for other guests. Plenty of street parking so we chose not to pay the parking fee for a spot that couldn’t be guaranteed, but it would alleviate this problem for other guests if only one car per room would be allowed.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Booking was easy a day before we arrived we had a phone call to confirm our booking and to confirm bed configurations and to confirm arrival time and any questions we may have. We told staff we were coming down from rural vic for a 21st they asked was the person staying with us turning 21. We confirmed they were they ensured the 21 year old received a box of chocolates on arrival and gave us complimentary parking. The staff were so lovely. The place was very clean, quiet and comfortable we enjoyed our stay. The position was wonderful it was in walking distance to the mt Alexander hotel where our party was. We were also very close to puckle street where we did lunches and Brekky and a bit of shopping. Would thoroughly recommend this place to stay

Cons:

No lift to second story it didn’t affect us but if you had mobility issues or really heavy luggage this may be a consideration for you. We were fore warned by staff so it wasn’t a problem for us
