The location, friendly staff, neat and tidy room was great.
Pros:

The exceptional service we received on arrival. Due to my illness our accommodation was re arranged to assist us. So good.

Clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very welcoming friendly front desk lady. Property was spotlessly clean.
Bed was super comfortable, great aircon on a 45 degree day. Plus very quiet and was able to get a good nights sleep.

Cons:

Very tiny shower cubicle( luckily I am not too big 😂)

Cons:

Booked a one-bedroom room six months in advance. When I called to check in, I was told it was a two bedroom ,I corrected them and said one bedroom. On arrival at reception, they again said two-bedroom and again I corrected them. Nothing was explained either time.

No one mentioned an upgrade or extra charges. After checkout, they charged $160, later blaming “availability” despite the booking being made six months ahead.

This felt misleading and honestly like a setup. Makes you wonder how often this happens to other guests.

The pillows and sheets also had yellow stains, which is unacceptable.

After complaining, the hotel has now agreed to refund the charge, but this should never have happened. Poor communication, cleanliness issues, and very questionable practices.

Light and airy apartment in a good location.
Pros:

Modern and clean. Close to restaurants.

Cons:

Not much. People need to be aware you have to pay $10 a night to park on site. But that is quite reasonable.

Great location for our needs. For race goers couldn’t get any closer to Moonee Valley race course if you tried.
Very good air conditioning especially on a 40degree day and fully booked worked extremely well. Very clean and tidy and everything you need in the room. Wifi was very good. Car parking a little tight, I’m guessing that it is first in best dressed for a spot. Also has a pool but we didn’t use it.
Staff on checkin and checkout were very polite and friendly.

WELL SERVICED HOTEL WOTH FRIENDLY STAFF
Pros:

Very clean well serviced hotel. Washing machine, dryer and micro wave in rooms along with Foxtel. Comfortable beds, first rate service by staff. Hotel has small pool and BBQ. Only downside no lift and I am not young and stayed on the 3rd floor so was difficult carrying luggage up and down.

Excellent location to travel to CBD via public transport & close to many restaurants & retail shops
Pros:

Location was excellent. Very close to tram & bus Junction. Not too far from train station. Room was very clean.

Cons:

The bed seemed to sag in the middle. Couldn't see out windows.
