After reading the reviews after booking I was weary but staff was helpful & rooms were decently clean.

Pleased with stay for price. My main concern is no bugs and clean and this motel delivered

Pros:

The price only.

Cons:

the people calling about confirming reservations and management are rude. They dont have any customer service training. Very hostile, not going back to this facility, not worth it.

The room itself wasn't bad
Pros:

I liked that it was walking distance from beach and pier.

Cons:

Wish we got more towels. There was three of us and we got two towels . I cleaned all my trash up and took it out to the house keeper. She made me take it down to the dumpster myself. If I knew I had to take it out myself I would have just left it in the room. Also the property managers kids was out their playing volleyball where my car was instead of going somewhere where there are no cars they stayed there and kept repeatedly hitting my car. I asked them to please stop hitting my car. the girl got mad because I parked on the one side instead of parking on the other side with the other cars. the dad which is the property manager did finally come out and say something which was nice. Our last morning there we was sleeping something really loud hit against our door. Scared the crap out of my kids. But over all the hotel wasn't too bad of a place to stay in. The staff was really nice.

My stay was horrible. I didn’t even last an hr there.
Pros:

Nothing everything was dirty

Cons:

The room smelled like cigarettes. The floors feel like they were going come off. There was hold in the room, and hair with food crumbs on the table.

Nothing it was horrible.

Cons:

Didn't like that the room never got cleaned or anything. Didn't have enough towels wash clothes. TV wouldn't work

I might not stay there again
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The shower handle fell off immediately and it took too long to get it fixed
The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the office said to remove it and I did but it still made noise so I put it outside and was chided by the manager in the morning
The TV didn't work

Not all bad.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s old. Smells of incense. Not well kept. Soft spot on floor in front of bathroom made me nervous. Not a great neighborhood.
