Un clásico con vistas increíbles
Pros:

La ubicación privilegiada, la instalaciones renovadas pero manteniendo la decoración clásica incluido el ascensor.

Cons:

Hacía mucho calor por la noche en ma habitación.
Hay algunos escalones en la zona de recepción que debieran estar señalizados puesto que son susceptibles de tropezar.

Pros:

le personnel ( les 2 jeunes femmes a l accueil sont tres professionnelles et aimables , dont une qui parle parfaitement le Français ) et toujours avec le sourire le seul petit bémol est au petit dejeuner , nous nous sommes retrouvés seul un peu isolés et livrés a nous meme dommage un petit acceuil sympa au petit déjeuner serait le bienvenu , sinon trés bon séjour dans votre établissement.

El mejor rincón de la concha
Pros:

El hotel Niza es un emblema de Donosti. Es un espacio curado y acogedor que permite disfrutar, a día de hoy, de una de las mejores vistas de La Concha. No es un hotel de lujo: las habitaciones mantienen elementos decorativos antiguos, como el gotelé y las molduras, que les conceden un aire de viaje en el tiempo. Este carácter se ve compensado por la impecable limpieza y la calidad de la atención. Es una estancia maravillosa que espero que se mantenga en las mismas condiciones y no sucumba a los espacios prefabricados de los hoteles modernos.
