Beautiful historic hotel with amazing views of the La Concha Beach.
Pros:

The sea view room was beyond beautiful. The room was a decent size and the air conditioning was a bonus on those hot days. If you have a car and need parking, make sure to request to reserve one of their 12 spots in the garage. Very close and convenient to the hotel.

The hotel is in a fabulous location across the street from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms with a balcony.

美しいビーチの美しいホテル
Pros:

とにかくビーチフロントの立地。
ホテルを出てすぐ美しいコンチャ湾に降りられます。
凪で波の音も殆どなく、プロムナードを通り旧市街のバルに散歩がてら行くのも楽しいです。
エレベーターも慣れるまで開閉が大変だけど、昔ながらのタイプで可愛いです。

Cons:

私は特にありませんでした。
ただ旧市街のバル目的の場合は行くのに15-18分はかかります。

Cozy hotel in great location.
Pros:

Location was fabulous, right across from the beach, easy access. Breakfast was good. Room was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

I would have liked to have a mini fridge and a coffee machine.

Pretty single room, right on beach
Pros:

Small single room with armchair, window onto internal lightwell. Good size bathroom. Noise not a problem despite previous review complaints. Single rooms all face lifts but only 5 other rooms on your floor so it is those guests who may stand outside your door/lift talking. Easy walk to old town to eat. Pricey at 110e but thats San Sebastian

Emplacement idéal sur la baie de San Sebastian Personnel très accueillant, prix stratosphériques.

Cons:

Chambre double exigüe, chambre individuelle minuscule et sans fenêtre. Literie bas de gamme. Prix exorbitants pour les prestations.

Beautiful view
Pros:

Our stay was very enjoyable overall. The view was absolutely priceless, and the hotel’s location was fantastic—right by the sea and within walking distance of the city center. I really appreciated the hotel’s style and character, as well as the rooms and even the beautiful elevator. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made us feel at home.

Cons:

On the downside, the price was quite high,but we also booked Last Minute. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The parking garage is also very narrow, as many previous reviews have mentioned. If you’re not confident driving in tight spaces, it can be quite frustating.
One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone, so you need to apply for online authorization before driving there. The hotel sends you the link immediately after you make your reservation.

Enttäuschend.
Pros:

Personal. (Beim Check-in war sehr nett).
Die Lage. Sehr schöne Aussicht, direkt an der Promenade. Ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt.
Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind sehr sauber und weiß.

Cons:

Es gibt keinerlei Schalldämmung. Man kann alles aus dem Nebenzimmer und dem Floor hören.
Das WZ/Badezimmer ist extrem klein.
Es gibt kein Kühlschrank und Teekanne im Zimmer.
Wir haben bei der Reservierung kein Frühstück dazugebucht. Wir wollten es nicht später dazubuchen; das Buffet war sehr begrenzt.
Es gibt keinen Hinweis darauf, dass man in der Nähe des Hotels 10 Minuten anhalten kann, um einzuchecken und einen Parkplatz zu organisieren.

Hotel so old.It should be demolished and build new one.
You can hear neighbors from far away distance.
