Pros:

Posizione stupenda, direttamente sulla Concha e vicina alla zona centrale, piena di localini tipici, uno più invitante dell'altro. La vista dalla camera sulla spiaggia impagabile. Siamo stati fortunati, in tal senso, per l'upgrade, essendoci stata data allo stesso prezzo di quella da noi prenotata con vista retro.
Molto gentile e simpatica la receptionist, che ci ha assistito con grande professionalità. Ottimo il servizio parking, potendo usufruire, a pagamento, dei posti macchina destinati agli ospiti del hotel nel limitrofo parcheggio sotterraneo.
Anche la colazione, seppure non molto ricca e servita nel bar che fronteggia la spiaggia e che è direttamente raggiungibile dalla reception, dal punto di vista qualitativo ci ha soddisfatto.

Cons:

La struttura risulta un po' datata e forse necessita di qualche ritocco, le scale un po' scricchiolanti per esempio, anche se l'ascensore vintage è in sintonia con l'ambiente.
Niente da dire sulla camera e sulla pulizia in generale.

Super Zeit in einer außergewöhnlichen Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage war top, direkt an der playa de la Concha. Schönes altes Haus , auch mit nostalgischen Fahrstuhl.

Cons:

Ich hatte en Einzelzimmer ohne Fenster bzw. Fenster in einen Luftschacht. Aber ansonsten alles vorhanden, man gewöhnt sich dran.

Impresentable !! habitación individual en Céntrico hotel de San Sebastián

Está en Paseo Marítimo de la playa de la Concha en lugar bien ubicado para ir a zona ayuntamiento , casco Viejo e Iglesia del Buen Pastor ….

Cons:

Impresentable , mínima y raquítica habitación de 2x2 m , con mini-cama pegada a la pared y estrecha . Baño incómodo y básico . Maleta abierta en el suelo porque no se puede casi ni abrirla. Precio desorbitado por muy individual q sea la habitación , reservada hace mucho tiempo . Sin nada de iluminación natural , pegada al ascensor ( fue la num 44) , ruidosa y escuchando toda la noche como motores de mantenimiento …..al maravilloso precio de 129€!!!!!!! ….. sin desayuno ( vulgar en cafetería del hotel …. es decir para gente de fuera y huéspedes) a 17€. Háganselo mirar porque es un “abuso” el pedir habitación individual que te den este tipo de alojamiento por muy bien situado q esté. He viajado mucho pero nunca había visto y “sentido” nada parecido . Alguien a partir de 1,80 y 90k con algo de complexión física puede ser “de tortura” pasar una noche . Mis protestas por la mañana ( reconocían la incomodidad y que ya había más protestas recibidas ..,. pero 🤷‍♂️…. ellos solo podían transmitirlo) aunque acepte la habitación al llegar “reventado” desde Zarautz haciendo el Camino Norte de Santiago .
