A lovely period hotel in a perfect position with promenade & beach on your doorstep.
Pros:

Location, beach front, in the middle of La Concha Beach, large clean room with balcony overlooking the beach, friendly & helpful staff, room serviced every day, bottled water every day in room. Loads of storage space for luggage, cupboard & drawers. Old style lift, historic building.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast could have had more selection like oats(not in packet)& apple juice but was still good.

Constant loud noise coming from the lift and its banging doors, light in the corridor constantly on and literally shone under the door of my bedroom.

I can get behind having a characterful old lift, but the doors need to be soundproof and lightproof. Sleeping was literally impossible and I don’t exaggerate if I say this was the worst night sleep I’ve had at a hotel.

Sin duda lo recomiendo.
Pros:

La ubicación es óptima. El personal es muy buena onda. Muy amorosos y simpáticos y dispuestos a ayudar. No puedo decir nada malo de mi estancia allí. Muy limpio. Muy lindo.

Pros:

La ubicación es buenísima, a un paso del mar (de noche podiamos escuchar el ruido de las olas), cerca de la parte histórica, y frente a una plaza con parada de autobuses.

Je reviendrai quand même, en demandant une autre chambre...

Tout etait parfait, comme lors d' autres séjours dans cet hôtel, SAUF...

Cons:

J'ai séjourné avec ma petite fille, chambre 11 au 1er étage : jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit, et très tôt au petit matin, des bruits incessants comme des pas... je ne sais pas d'où ?... au dessus, en dessous ?...impossible de dormir. .
Bien dommage pour une chambre aussi bien située, face à la mer, un cadeau pour ma petite fille qui ne connaissait pas San Sebastian...
