Pros:

2回目ですが、部屋がきれいでしたし、食事が美味しかった。

Cons:

3階の施設（会議室、チャーチ）に見学に行けなかった。
以前に宿泊した時は見学できたが。

Pros:

草野駅が目の前．部屋はリニューアルされて綺麗。トイレとバスルームが別。
バスルームに洗い場があるのが特に良い。
近所に夕食取れるところ多い。
朝食ビュッフェは、種類豊富。

Convenient Hotel in Kusatsu city.
Pros:

- Room is very spacious for city hotel.
- Bathroom also large, I love it so much.
- Facilities are very perfect.
- Variety kind of breakfast, delicious for all.
- Near JR station even I didn't use it.
- Many restaurant in this area, easy to find food for dinner or breakfast.
- Lawson is on the ground floor, very convenient.

Cons:

- If you drive the car, it's not easy to reach the hotel. I spent 40 mins to reach even I could see the hotel in front.
- Not convenient to bring all 6 big baggage drop in front of the hotel even when it's raining.
- Parking is not free and parking lot is difficult to find.
- Check-in counter is on the second floor, difficult to get the guidance from any staff about parking or hotel process.
- Dining room is small.
- If you book some room type, it is located in another building. It's not easy to carry belongings and have to walk for long distance. It's nice that hotel informed me earlier as I travel with elder person, we could change the room type with pay more. It's more convenient for us.

Fantastic stay in Kusatsu on a high end hotel
Pros:

Superior hotel conveniently located 1 minute away from the train station, which makes it a fantastic option to stay while visiting Kyoto. Also Kusatsu has lots to offer and there is lots of restaurants and shops nearby the hotel.
Very nice looking hotel with a fancy a bright reception which features a magic piano playing songs by itself.
Incredible room. Spacious, very clean and comfortable, with high standard bathroom.
