草津駅正面で　ロケーションバッチリ
すぐそばにショッピングモールや飲食店もあり良かった

バスルームがトイレとセパレートタイプで使いやすい
ベッドルームと入り口ドアの間に　引き戸があるので　廊下を歩く音や声が遮断され　落ち着いて部屋で過ごせたり　眠ることが出来た

部屋や館内のインテリアがアーリーアメリカンな感じでオシャレ

Cons:

ツインだと　ベッドと壁の間が狭く　足元の方からベッドに乗る感じ

欲を言えば　バスルームに椅子と桶が欲しかった

駅近で豪華な快適空間
Pros:

お風呂、トイレなどの水回りが、改装されたばかりのようで、とても清潔感があって快適でした。
スタッフの方も対応が丁寧で安心感がありました。
受付時のお姉さん、フロントで問い合わせたときのご年配の方の男性の方の対応がすごく温かくて安心して過ごせました。

Cons:

宿泊中、内線、で添い寝の子ども分のスリッパと歯ブラシについて問い合わせたところ、添い寝の子どもには付いていないことを教えていただきましたが、言い方に冷たさを感じて残念でした。若い男性のスタッフさんでした。
空調が一括調整のようで、暖房か送風しか選べず、暑く感じるときがありました。

Pros:

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et la qualité n'a pas changé
Hôtel très propre et très confortable, chambre très spacieuse
Emplacement très pratique (juste en face de la gare de Kusatsu qui n'est qu'à 20 minutes de Kyoto en train)
Le personne est accueillant et serviable
Le buffet du petit déjeuner propose un choix très varié et savoureux
