Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, Also plenty of surfaces for laptop if you intend to work.
Staff are pleasant and helpful and always willing to find out any questions asked.
Food is limited in the restaurant, not much choice or healthy options.

Convenient location with ample parking. Quiet room and good shower
Lack of sockets near to bed. Decor, furniture and furnishings a little tired
Everything was good considering the cost. Thought good value for money.
Noise - especially Saturday & Sunday when there were functions only lots of shouting etc. Also room backed onto to where deliveries were made so six o’clock in the morning woken by noise of mainly food I think being delivered.
Location was perfect, breakfast was great and service was really good.
The rooms were very spacious. The dining room and bar areas have plenty of seating. There was a great selection of breakfast food and beverages. There were functions on, in the other room, when meant we had some good music while in the bar in the evenings
Unfortunately our two rooms were on different floors. There was not much headroom in the shower, over the bath, in the twin room. Some of the music and guests on the Sundays function were very loud and it made it difficult to relax in the bar.
Friendly and helpful staff, good food. Free and easy to connect to wifi, free and plentiful parking.
It would be good if room service was available at the hotel. I Had twin bed room rather than a double bed, but that could have been due to an error somehow on my part. Not sure.
The place was clean and in good order, but it is a bit faded/dated. It could do with a modern refresh.

Disappointed to be kept awake by wedding reception music until midnight.should have had an alternative room,plenty available. Should have been warned

Very convenient just off M4. Lots of free parking. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast good. Room was good as was the bathroom. Will definitely stay again . Thank you to all staff.
