Pros:

When I booked the room I had put in the filters that I needed it to be pet friendly as I was bringing my 15 lb dog. When I went to check in I was told that no dogs were allowed.

When I cancelled the reservation I was charged a cancellation fee of $58.

I would like a refund for that charge.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour nous 4
Pros:

L’emplacement sur la baie (bien que notre chambre était dans le motel et non l’hôtel)

Cons:

Les lits sont peu confortables
Bruyant on entend tt ce qu’il se passe dehors ou chez les voisins

Ok stay for the value
Pros:

It was an ocean front and side room with exceptional views. The room was spacious and overall clean. Location is good not super busy area but accessible to everything.

Cons:

The fact that check in was at 4pm and our room wasn't ready until almost 9pm. They never can find enough towel, wash clothes ect. The building could be better upkept but is OK for the $. Parking is across the street which wasn't an issue for me but may be for someone with mobility issues. The do have handicap spots on each side but they stayed full for the few they have. One of the elevators was out of commission during our stay leaving only one elevator for seven floors.

Passable pour 1 nuit à la plage mais je n’y resterai pas plusieurs nuits.
Pros:

La vue sur la plage depuis la chambre, la plage très agréable, le sable blanc

Cons:

Le bruit, les cloisons entre les chambres sont épaisses comme des feuilles à cigarettes, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans la chambre d’à côté.
Les matelas des lits sont trop mous mais ça c’est assez personnel comme avis.

Für die Örtlichkeit und den Preis ok, aber für ein 4-Sternehotel schlecht
Pros:

Es gab einen Indoor-, einen Outdoor- und einen Whirlpool. Alle waren beheizt und man konnte sie auch noch am Abend nutzen.
Die Unterkunft ist direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand und neben dem McGuire's Irish Pub. Es ist aber nicht so nah an dem Pub, dass es laut wäre.
Es gab unter anderem eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierfach.
Das Bett war groß und es gab einen zweiten Spiegel außerhalb des Badezimmers.

Cons:

Leider ist das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Von einem 4-Sternehotel hätte ich da deutlich mehr erwartet. Für den Preis und die Lage ist es aber trotzdem noch akzeptabel.
Der Vorhang und das Dekokissen sind dreckig und fleckig. Das untere Teil vom Bett sieht sehr unschön aus. Eines der Kissen im Bett besteht nur aus Knoten. Die Decke über der Dusche sieht schlimm aus.
Ein Handtuchhalter beim Waschbecken wäre wünschenswert.
Wir hatten nur eine halbvolle und eine viertelvolle Klopapierrolle.
Es gibt leider nur wenige Steckdosen und nur an eher unpraktischen Örtlichkeiten.

Es gibt zwei Gebäude. Das eine ist nicht direkt am Strand, sondern auf der anderen Straßenseite beim Hotelparkplatz.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Beach access was great! Room was very nice! Loved that we got to wake up to look at the beach every morning. The staff was always nice! The heated pools, hot tub, and tiki bar were a plus! It ALL exceeded oir expectations.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like. But one of the elevators did break down so everyone going up and down had to share the one elevator. Which honestly wasn't a problem. Just made the wait a little long sometimes. But still no biggie.

What we got was not worth the money we paid at all.

I liked that it was right on the water.

Cons:

There was a lack of parking. The floors were dirty. An elevator was broken. There were semen stains on the sofa seat in our room. The sheets made us itchy. There were Reese’s cup wrappers on the floor in our room. The decor was very boring. And the walls were paper thin. I’m sure I could say more.
