Dishonest. Poor business practices.
Pros:

Leaving there for a better place to stay

Cons:

What you see on the internet is not what you see in real life. It was supposed to be a beachfront room, instead we were put across the street. The A/C didn’t work well. I went to the front desk, I asked to be moved to a better location. What I was told was that the beachfront section was reserved for weekend stays. I spent over a thousand dollars to stay 8 nights, and I was given a back seat so someone who was going spend a couple of nights can get priority. I asked them to at least fix the Air Conditioning. They sent a young man over, who came in and looked at the air conditioning and then looked at us and said “this is all you get”. The room was hot. And again, I spent over $1000 to be put in a subpar room and told, this all you get. And then, the front desk had the audacity to blame it on us. Still haven’t gotten my money back.

The location was excellent, steps from the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A very short drive to all attractions.

We won’t be back! It’s sad!!
Pros:

I like it because it was right on the beach, we have stayed there for the last 6 years, we loved it!

Cons:

Will my husband and I love it there but the last time we stayed there it’s not the same with the new owners! Our toilet was disgusting the dresser drawers we couldn’t hardly get our clothes in or out of it and your security is very rude. The place just run downhill since the new orders have taken over.!

Won’t come back was disappointed. We have been coming to the Palmetto for 12 years now. It’s sad ever since they changed
Cons:

One of the Elevators not working again second year in a row. Carpet in room is dirty. Snack bar wasn’t open the whole 7 days we was there. Had to ask for toilet paper twice. And didn’t take cash at tiki bar or desk all credit cards or debit cards.

It was our first time staying here and overall we truly loved our experience here. Will definitely be staying here again
Pros:

The pool being open 24 hrs was amazing. Short walk to the beach. Elevators were easy accessible and quick to service.

Cons:

Not enough parking space.
