ROACHES.
Cons:

There were roaches. ROACHES...
I called at 1am to report having to keep killing them. They informed me that there were no rooms to move me and my daughter to and they would speak with management tomorrow. So we had to sleep with the roaches and the LIGHTS TURNED ON THE KEEP THEM AT BAY. HORRIFYING.
There were no comps nor attempt to remedy the situation except they said they came into our room while we were gone the next morning and sprayed. Which means our clothes, the linens, etc now had roach spray on them.

It was such a great location and the pool area was okay. But the ROACHES....

Could have been worse and could have been way better as in previous years
Pros:

I liked the location and the pool is open all the time, and they have a Tiki bar that's open when they feel like it

Cons:

The elevator was broke for our whole visit causing long waits and a waste of time, their 3 carts were nonexistent when we arrived and never saw them till the following day- housekeeping could have retrieved them from the rooms but did not. Also there were no Do Not Disturb signs and we said we did not want anyone to come into our room, yet every day they did 👎🏼

I loved the staff and the hotel room, only wish the parking system was better.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful with giving us all the information about the hotel, and they also went above and beyond to help us when we had questions. The room and bathroom were clean and had much room. I also like how accessible the beach, pools, and hot tub was from the hotel.

Cons:

The parking lot system needs improvement. The parking lot is a pay-to-park so there were times that I couldn't park my car because people who weren't staying at the hotel were filling the parking spaces, and we had to park in the overflow parking and walk to our hotel room, which is not safe.

Awesome Stay
Pros:

great location above pier park little less traffic,clean comfortable room we had the queen deluxe with kitchen, the pool was big,hot tub felt great easy acess to beach Highly Recommend !!

Great service, great views, perfect place for families to stay while visiting the city.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the pool and the hot tub very clean and big enough for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay, we got beachfront, this place had a small bar & we loved everything about it.
Pros:

I loved the small playground they have for the kids, and that the pool is open 24/7. The rooms are a nice size. The elevator is fast!!
