Obwohl wir mit 3 Personen eingecheckt haben wurde das Schlafsofa nicht vorbereitet. Unverschämt finde ich auch die zusätzlichen Parkgebühren von 54 Dollar pro Nacht. Das kann man vorab nirgends nachlesen. Abzocke

I had high hopes for this property given the Marriott name, but this stay left a lot to be desired across almost every touchpoint.

Sleep & Comfort: The mattress is rock hard — fine if you're a back sleeper, but if you prefer a medium or plush feel, prepare for a rough night. That alone would have been manageable, but being on the 5th floor didn't shield us from the relentless reversing beeps of trucks and shuttle buses starting at 5am. Every few minutes, without fail. Between an uncomfortable mattress and the noise, proper sleep was simply not possible. It got to the point where we actually paid for a day stay at the Sonesta next door just to get a few hours of decent rest before our onward journey — something we absolutely should not have had to do. The Sonesta, for what it's worth, was superb.

Bathroom: The shower temperature couldn't be set to anything comfortable due to severe water hammer — the pipes bang loudly when you try to adjust it, making it nearly impossible to dial in a decent temperature. A basic maintenance issue that should have been fixed long ago.

In-Room Amenities: Someone in housekeeping clearly didn't think this through — 3 coffees and 2 teas were provided, but only 2 sugars and 2 tiny milks. They don't even have complimentary water in the room, we had to pay $8 for a bottle of water in the lobby, that is just robbery! Absolutely not acceptable at this price point. Sonesta provided two bottles of complimentary water in the room.

Not to mention when sleeping in a Queen bed you expect a bedside table for each occupant, i.e. one on each side of the bed! Cheapskates.

Breakfast: Disappointing for a hotel of this calibre. Paper plates, plastic cutlery, and a single toaster shared between multiple guests — we had a queue of three people waiting to toast a bagel. It felt more like a budget hostel than a Marriott property.

Que el desayuno arranca a las 7 y no te arman un box o similar si te vas antes del horario del desayuno como por ejemplo lo hace sheraton.

I couldn't set the temperature

Toaleta nieczynna przez kilka godzin, dwa razy , dobrze jest garnek w aneksie kuchennym to można spłukać.

Unfortunately the hot water was shut off in the night so I had to take a cold shower at 5 AM before my flight. Also there was no coffee carafe in the coffee maker in the room. And there's no coffee available in the hotel before 7 AM. I paid more than $300 for one night. The shuttle bus was confusing it's not actually the hotel shuttle bus it's some kind of parking lot third-party and it just says the name of the hotel above the Front window of the little bus. So I think we might've missed the first and second round at the airport. so after flying all day getting in late and having to get up early this was all super obnoxious and I was only reimbursed a $50 credit

The elevator in the parking garage was out of order. It was difficult to carry all of my things all the way around the parking ramp, because I did not want to risk the stairs with my bad knees.

$50 for early check-in (3hrs)and they had an open room ready. $54+ tax for parking, Same lot, long term lax is 20$. 5 person reservation= 3 towels! Put on hold with front desk because no hose keeping and one person at 9:30pm! Breakfast was a joke! One kind of sliced bread w/one 2 slot toaster, oatmeal, orange, rice crispies, egg,sausage, tater tots
