Good, basic airport hotel
Pros:

Nice airport hotel- basic but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Only half the lifts were working so it took ages to get upstairs. Pool isn't heated so too cold to use.
Breakfast was very basic and we wre shocked to see disposable plastic cutlery being used - terrible for the environment

Excellent for LAX- HUGE rooms
Pros:

The rooms here are quite large with good views of the area. The high quality soundproofing allows guests to watch jets landing and taking off at LAX with ZERO noise pollution. Staff were all pleasant. Food close by. Airport shuttle and breakfast were good- fast Wi-Fi

Cons:

While perfectly edible, the breakfast could use some variety. There is often a long wait for an elevator as the staff reserve 2 of the 4 elevators for ONLY their use AND often clog up all 4 with constant maintenance and Housekeeping- resulting in wait times of several minutes for a 12 story building.

Good Hotel Near Airport
Pros:

We got a 2 bedroom suite since they could not provide the room we booked. First they wanted us to switch that but then allowed us to keep it. I liked that.

Cons:

The breakfast was not at par with the rest of the hotel. Very basic and handful of items. As a "paid breakfast" with kids expected better. Also the time was pretty tight window. We also found $54 per night parking fee which was pretty high. Room had no toiletries.

Pros:

Quiet location a short stroll from the Strip with most things you needed available at the property.

Nothing really…..maybe the pools are too shallow. 😆

Where do I start? This hotel is unkept and worn down. The paint was peeling off the tubs, the furniture was dirty, no came to empty the trash or clean the room. The plugs weren’t working, the elevator was broken. I could go on and on but I just makes me angry. Whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. People are spending their hard earned money to get duped. Marriott should be embarrassed to call this one of their own. I will never stay at this hotel again. Oh and let me not forget I was moved to another room because I complained and it was the same just with lipstick on it.

A serious housekeeping failure created a safety risk for our family that mgmt failed to address.
Pros:

The location near LAX was convenient and the free parking was a nice gesture. The room itself was spacious enough for a family.

Cons:

We found THC cannabis gummies left on the bathroom shelf from a previous guest upon check-in. We are traveling with young children who could have consumed them. Housekeeping clearly did not inspect the room properly. The staff response was disappointing — we were offered only snacks and points, and the General Manager never followed up.
