Pros:

The room is very comfortable and spacious, and its location near the airport is excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. There were almost no options. There wasn’t even any cheese, and the only fruit available was bananas. They only served bread, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and potatoes. It was honestly very disappointing and far too limited to be considered a proper hotel breakfast. Terrible.

L’hôtel est agréable, mais il serait vraiment temps de remplacer les matelas et les oreillers. Ils sont usés et le confort n’est plus au rendez-vous, ce qui nuit à la qualité du sommeil. C’est dommage, car avec une literie neuve, l’expérience des clients serait nettement meilleure. J’espère que cet aspect sera pris en compte rapidement.

Nice place bad shuttle.
Pros:

Very nice room. Location.

Cons:

The shuttle that were supposed to run every 30 min, arrived only 10:40 about 1 hour after we start waiting at the lobby. We were stressed by that.

Great hotel near LAX
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and helped us accomodate my mother who needed an accessible room. The rooms were spacious, and I would have really appreciated the kitchenette if I was staying for a longer period. The breakfast was great. The shuttle from airport to hotel was very quick, we did not have to wait long on either end.

Staff were friendly & very helpful. The hotel was clean & tidy. It was a very pleasant stay for us.
Pros:

The location was excellent & very practical. The breakfast was ok, but if you had a few more choices of food eg egg & bacon rolls etc it would be better. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Pros:

Having Starbucks and the Antonio’s, jersey mikes on site is very convenient especially when you arrive late evening. Very convenient by LAX.

The 250 on hold that takes 3-5 business days to be returned.
