Please note that the swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and sensory showers are available from 15:00 until 21:00, at an additional cost, only adults. Children under the age of 15 years can only access the swimming pool from 09:00 until 15:00. All guests and children can access the pool for free from 09:00 until 15:00. An extra charge of EUR 15 applies after 15:00. If you are booking a prepaid rate and require an invoice, please include your company details in the Special Requests box when booking.

Not a 4-star hotel. At best, it deserves 3 stars.
Pros:

The indoor pool was of very poor quality. The breakfast also had very little choice, although I didn’t expect much more.

The room itself was okay. The best thing about it was the additional large balcony with a nice view. However, the balcony door handle was broken.

Overall, the room was acceptable, but in my opinion the hotel does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

Cons:

There were also many things I didn’t like about this hotel. I was surprised that almost everything required an extra charge. Parking costs €28 per night. If you want to use the sauna and swimming pool for three hours, it costs an additional €15. Even a bathrobe to go to the pool costs an extra €10.

I have never experienced this kind of service in a hotel before. In my opinion, for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars, many of these things should already be included.

Non mi è piaciuto il confronto qualità/prezzo.
Purtroppo per essere un 4 stelle non se le merita. Meriterebbe 2 stelle.
Gli ambienti sporchi, la camera con le tende rotte - bagno vecchio e malconcio, la spa con un costo di 15€ con muffa e mal tenuto. Fare un week end dove al suo interno trovi il personale che discute davanti hai clienti non è per niente rilassante. 28€ di parcheggio al giorno dove non è dedicato interminte all'hotel. Una vera vergogna.

Disappointing but great location
Pros:

I like the hotel's location-it is right in front of the beach. The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The room nice is acceptable for a 4-Star hotel, but not particularly satisfying. The bathroom feels quite outdated and there was no proper hairdryer - only the kind you typically find in older schools or swimming pools... not what you would expect from a hotel like this. The Spa comes to an additional cost (which I am totally fine with if it's worth it). Unfortunately it is quite small and not well laid out. The "fitness center" is open and so cramped that you can barely lay out a yoga mat. If you decide to work out, it feels super tight and you're DIRECTLY facing guests who are relaxing after a sauna... this makes it so uncomfortable for everyone involved. There is one small sauna and Turkish bath, only one shower. The pool is decent but overall, the spa is not special enough to justify with the extra charge. Breakfast was average, nothing memorable. Considering other 4-Star Hotels in the region, I expected more.

Hotel visitato già per la seconda volta, mi sono trovata molto molto bene infatti ho portato tutta la mia famiglia a vis

MI sono trovato bene con lo staff in reception perchè molto gentile e disponibile.
Ottima la colazione.
Buono anche il ristorante interno all'hotel, con personale attento e gentile

Cons:

Il bagno era molto piccolo, difficile anche muoversi, andare per esempio in doccia senza strofinare il gabinetto.
La televisione non aveva segnale, per cui si vedeva a scatti o non si vedeva. L'ho dovuta spegnere.
Il minifrigo in camera non funzionava e faceva puzza. L'ho segnalato ma non hanno potuto sistemare.
Nella SPA il bagno turco non funzionava. 15€ e potevi fare solo la piscina e la sauna.
Il WiFi funzionava a scatti anche lui e il PC si scollegava di continuo.
Sotto il letto era pieno di polvere.
Ora, nulla di così grave.. sono stato altre volte in questo stesso hotel e non è stato male. Però tante piccole cose messe assieme hanno reso il soggiorno poco piacevole.
Mi spiace per le ragazze in reception che ce l'hanno comunque messa tutta
