Great stay

Brother was in hospital expedia messed entire reservation up but regardless Betty got tooken care of and had me in a room only thing yv couldnt figure out or get channels otherwise FANTASTIC QUIET STAY THANK YOU

I was uder the assumption that they would have a hot breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a good location, but could use some updates. Beds were just "ok"

Everything was an absolute disaster from being put in a stinking dog room on second floor (with a bad hip hard to walk person) to no microwave, fridge, phone, lightbulbs, no room service for 4 days. No continental breakfast. Bedding dirty, floors just plain gross wore sandals walk on! Pathetic worst vaca ever!

Pros:

Convenient Lock on door was inadequate. Shower is outdated, tub is tall/dangerous. Nozzle on shower is shorter than I was. Noisy, hear people above. I will not stay here again,

There was no fridge or microwave in our room. Those just seem to be standard at any other hotel we’ve stayed at. The doorknob to the room was so loose it could have easily fallen off. The water was off for several hours, unsure how long exactly because we just went to bed. It was on by morning thankfully. It took the AC a good 2-3 hours to cool down and it wasn’t even as hot out as it has been recently.

Clean room.
My overall rating is 4.7
The first of three things I would suggest, is that you defrost the mini fridge. It was difficult to place items in the freezer portion due to the large amount of ice build up.
The second is that the WiFi signal was only one bar, so see what you can do to enhance that.
Third issue was curtains need work. Old and worn out.
All easy fixes I would think.
Still very good overall experience. I was there 1 day for work, and it served my needs well.
