It’s very good.The poll and everything is incredible
It’s new compared to an average sunny beach hotel, external pool is nice, rooms are spacious and well-equipped.
It’s nowhere near to the 5-Star hotels. Soundproofing is poor, and the area is pretty loud, food is bad, especially hot meals during breakfest. Amenities are either small (internal pool) or dated and dirty (kids club). The staff is ok, but I was pretty surprised nobody asked us why we are leaving 2-days earlier. At the same time they reminded us to pay for the coffe we made in the room.
The food was amazing. Prices are decent compared to other locations. We didn't need to go anywhere else because everything we tried had an amazing level of preparation and taste. The staff of all facilities is very competent, fast and is always available. Rooms are great and the cleaning is punctual and well done.
The pool is only slightly warmed. Is not Markovo, Kotvata or Pancharevo levels of warmth. If you are used to tropical weather pools you will find it cold. If you don't need a warm pool this one is very clean and have nice kid sections. Is not huge but also not overcrowded.
Am fost foarte mulțumită atât de condițiile oferite, cât și de amabilitatea personalului. Camera a fost curată, confortabilă și bine întreținută, iar serviciile hotelului au fost la un nivel foarte bun.
Un mare avantaj este faptul că hotelul se află foarte aproape de mare. Cu plăcere voi reveni aici pentru o vacanță relaxantă!

We really liked the hotel’s design and overall cleanliness. The pool area was spacious, so there was always plenty of room to relax, and the pool itself was amazing. The staff were friendly, always available, and happy to help with anything we needed. The service was excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The housekeeping staff did not change the bed sheets every day, and we think there is room for improvement when it comes to cleaning the rooms to maintain a consistently high standard throughout the stay.
