Although thr location was great, we expected more for the price we paid.
Pros:

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to go.

Cons:

The room was hot-and we couldn’t keep the AC working even though we asked to have maintenance check on it multiple times. There was no door on the bathroom, so it was awkward to take showers and get dressed. The first night they ran out of keys, so we had no keys to the room—had to wait every time we went out of the room for the maintenance guy to take us up in the elevator. Very inconvenient. Finally got our keys the second afternoon.

I would rip the fabric of space and time to go back and stay at ANY other hotel
Cons:

Terrible check-in process, ill prepared for the volume of guests (key cards specifically), only 2 towels in a room for 4, valet was a hassle.

I stayed 4 days and they asked me to pay deposit of 300$ . They promised me that they will refund full amount afrer 5 days . However still not refunded
