Staff didn't ask about the second bedroom I booked and almost cancelled it without saying anything.

Will never stay here again.
Pros:

The valet guys were nice and the location was good. But that’s about it.

Cons:

The room was dusty, not as advertised. No window in the room and it felt very claustrophobic. I was told it was because we booked on booking.com a “third party”.

Overall a great hotel
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to anywhere downtown. My only complaint is the lack of a wheelchair ramp to get from the street which has a high curb.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Place was clean.

Cons:

I feel like the breakfast could have tasted way better. We did it because it was still the same price with and without it. Didn’t know that parking was going to be extra. There are parking garages which they charge $25 a day.
