Cons:

The air conditioning was not circulating through the room. Woke up 3 nights sweating.

The lighting in the room makes it hard to see. It should be more lighting on the ceiling or above the tv. It’s difficult

While the location is great, everything else isn’t.

The location was great

Cons:

The room was noisy (AC vent was rattling) and our TV remote did not work. I asked for a new one at the front desk, but the remote never arrived. The room had no windows which was strange. There were stains on the carpet and it wasn’t the cleanest. The breakfast was included in our booking price, but the hotel claimed it wasn’t. They ended up honoring it, though. Really disappointed in this hotel overall and did not feel like I got my money’s worth in all honesty.
