Over all okay except the bad experince on wednesday night

Cons:

On the 27th night, around 12.30 AM someone entered my room by opening it using a master key. I was in deep sleep he switched on the light and asked me, by showing a work order, did you order the toilet closet repair? I said no. Then he turned away. How come some tressspas some one while I was sleeping? This is my first experience in my 30 years of travel

Pros:

Everything was good besides the the air conditioning wasn’t working we had to call the technician came, and it still was hot in there. The air conditioner wasn’t working. We stayed from Friday to Monday and it was just like a warm fan blowing

Good hotel within minutes of Bourbon Street
Pros:

Really good location within walking distance of Bourbon Street, but in a quiet area. Comfy room with good facilities

Cons:

Expensive valet parking but it did work well and at least the car was safe. It was brought back to us within minutes of asking

I enjoyed staying at this Marriott and will stay here again.
Pros:

The room and bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating and friendly. I felt safe that you had to use your key card to access the floors.

Cons:

This hotel was great!

Bad stay and location, but the staff was great.
Pros:

It’s a Marriott property. I always stay at Marriott or Aloft when i have the chance. Never had a bad experience until this stay.

Cons:

There were flooding problems with the sink plumbing in our room, and black gunk was in the sink; so we ended up having to move rooms (for four people, with luggage) at 3am. Additionally, we were situated by the elevators, so every time the elevator came up or down (in the building, not just to our floor) it sounded like a jet taking off. Speaking of elevators, there were two banks of 3 elevators (6 total). Only one was operational, however, which made leaving the property the next morning another nightmare. Unfortunately, we just had one bad experience after another. The only bright spot was the staff. The young lady that checked me in was nice, and the young man/woman that helped me change rooms at 3am were also extremely understanding and helpful. Kudos to them.
