The lady working at night was amazing.

Cons:

They damaged my truck ! The sheets were dirty upon arrival. NO ONE HELPED ME.

Worth the stay. I would book again.
Pros:

Great location, staff was friendly. Nick at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations and started off my stay with such a great first impression of the hotel. Pool was private.

Cons:

Food selection was limited, breakfast wasn’t great, not enough luggage carts at the hotel, water pressure could be better, ballet took a long time at checkout.

Scammer hotel
Pros:

Beware of this hotel!!!! Do not stay here! They are scammers!! I recently booked my stay here from March 13th to 15th. I arrived on the early of March 14th at around 1:30 am. Parking fee each day is $56. On the 14th, I decided not to park at the hotel and parked somewhere much cheaper. I told the front desk that I am no longer parking at the hotel. They told me that they took care of that. When I checked out, I asked if I was going to be charge for parking on the 14th. They told me no. When I got home, I noticed that they charged me for it. I called the hotel, and they told me this will reverse in couple days. However, it never did. I contacted my credit card company and disputed. Credit company told me that they cannot credit back. I felt like they cheated. Please do not stay at this hotel people!!!!

It was just OK. Pics online look way better
Pros:

I liked the location being that it was close to everything.

Cons:

Horrible lighting in halls and rooms. Felt very dark and depressing. Water didn’t get that hot in shower. Sink was backing up with running water.

Pros:

The staff most of all!!We ran into a little problem,and the staff helped solve the problem. The management is excellent,and the staff also. If we needed anything they helped take care of it. The hotel was very clean. The attitudes,and atmosphere was everything 🙌

Pros:

In the heart of NOLA, between the Waldorf and Roosevelt hotels but without their high rates. Sort of a minimal style but great if you're touring around, eating out, etc. Pool and weight room, valet parking, easy breakfast.Staff was friendly and efficient.

At check in gentleman was rude and would not give me 2 keys indicated I would have to come back for 2nd key and did not explain how to valet park
