Taxa de pet cobrada sem transparência.

Não consegui me hospedar.

Cons:

É ridícula a questão de taxa de pet após a confirmação de reserva. Não fica claro quando vai fazer a reserva e somente após a confirmação de reserva e pré autorização já realizada é enviado um e-mail falando de taxa de R$: 75,00 + 3% para o pet. É absurdo que vc não consiga alterar a reserva, não consiga cancelar e fazer nada sem custo. Simplesmente a pior experiência de hospedagem ou NÃO HOSPEDAGEM que já tive. Simplesmente estragou o final de nossas férias. Não recomendo.

Cons:

A garagem é indecente. Altíssimo risco de arranhar o carro. Não deve seguir as medidas mínimas de de circulação. Como a Prefeitura aprovou???

Pros:

Atendimento excelente, boa localização e praticidade por também ter restaurante no hotel. Padrão Ibis.

Cons:

Os apartamentos de frente para a avenida não tem bom isolamento acústico. Finais de semana devido a localização, pode fazer um pouco de barulho até madrugada. No mais, tudo padrão Ibis. Bom custo benefício pra que ta de passagem.
