O atendimento péssimo! Na data de ontem 18/8/25, fomos atendidos por um rapaz (péssimo o atendimento, uma má vontade, uma preguiça). O carro fica estacionado na rua, a internet funciona + ou - é o café razoável. Pelo valor pago, não recomendo.

The air conditioning was terrible. It got very cold, but any attempt to make it comfortable just made it hot. The display never turns off unless you turn off the air, so it was illuminating the entire room. Another unit was above the bathroom and that had flashing yellow lights that wouldn’t stop and we couldn’t turn it off. The shower head was a normal one but came out of the middle of the ceiling. The breakfast was mediocre and the French bread was stale. Pillows were flat. Mattress was just ok.

Os andares do hotel tem cheiro ruim, o hall de entrada, restaurante tem cheiro de esgoto.
Faz dois dias que nao tem agua quente no apartamento, falei com o recepcionista e disse que não poderia fazer nada. Nao tinha nenhum tecnico de plantão.

O samba de Itaboraí não agradou
Ele precisa de uma reforma e melhorar o café da manhã
