Enjoyable stay in Myeongdong
Pros:

I stayed for almost a week at this hotel. The room was very compact but has everything you need. Toilet is separate from the bathroom, there is a small fridge and daily housekeeping. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of western breakfast items. Location is very convenient as you have Meyongdong and Chungmuro station nearby. The airport limousine bus also stops not that far away.
Overall I can say it was a good stay except for the lack of hair conditioner and tasteless instant coffee in the room.

素敵なホテルで良い滞在になりました。
Pros:

小中学生の子連れだったので、２部屋予約し部屋を近づけて欲しいと予約時に依頼しておりました（依頼は英語で。努力するが確約はできないと返答されてました）。
結果、コネクティングルームを用意してくださいました。ありがたかったです。
歯ブラシはありません（有料）。シャンプー＆コンディショナーと、ボディ＆フェイスソープは用意されていました。
給水機とレンジは一階にのみありました。
WOWPASSの機械も備えてありました。
隣に小さめのコンビニがありました。
明洞のストリートからも近く、夜遅くまで出歩くことができて良かったです。
スタッフは親切でした。日本語や英語も対応してくれました。
夕方チェックインでしたが荷物を先に預けに行ったところ、コネクティングルームの片側だけ用意できたので半分のみチェックインさせてもらえました。
朝ご飯は高かったので食べていません。

Cons:

食べてないけど宿泊費と朝食が少し高い。
しかし特に大きな問題はありません。
日本から行きましたがとても綺麗でした。

Cons:

Nos pasaron una pieza con vista a una pared, sonaba un sonido raro en la habitación muy fuerte que no dejaba dormir. No me me quedaría nuevamente ahí dormí súper mal por el sonido

Pleasant service, disappointing standards.
Pros:

the location is excellent: very central, well connected to public transport and surrounded by shops and amenities. I also genuinely appreciated the courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff throughout my stay.

Cons:

The hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property as advertised on Booking, it is in fact, advertised as 3 outside the building.

The rooms are noticeably small and feel below the level one would reasonably expect from this category. The breakfast selection was limited and lacked both variety and quality.

The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the air conditioning. In my room it was either excessively cold or uncomfortably warm, with no proper regulation. Additionally, the noise from the unit was extremely loud, making it very difficult to sleep. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. I do appreciate that the staff changed my room promptly when I raised the issue, but such a fundamental problem should not occur in the first place.

Despite being on a high floor, the room was not adequately soundproofed. Traffic noise and car horns were clearly audible, which further affected the overall comfort.

Finally, the spa was fully booked days in advance. For a hotel that promotes its facilities as part of the experience, this significantly limits the value offered to guests.

Overall, while the staff was courteous, the structure and services fall short of what is advertised

Great hotel in Myeongdong
Pros:

I had an amazing stay in the hotel. Early check-in was awesome. The location is superb, near Myeongdong Shopping Street where you can shop till you drop. Great staff, special shoutout to Nora for welcoming me with a great smile. She has made the check-in process so smooth. I’ll definitely book this hotel again next time.
